I needed help to purchase a mattress as I have RA, contacted sleep kings, answered straight away my questions snd some advice, so I ordered it free delivery and great price too, arrived 22/9/23, left it to unfold 48 hrs, couldn't wait to get it on bed, well I have had the best 2 nights sleep in ages, they were right a perfect medium foam mattress, it's brilliant and my joints were not aching half as much as they have been, the sales staff were so helpful I would highly recommend Sleep Kings.They know their goods and their friendly approach is such a change from others we've approached. We'll done Sleep Kings.

After a wait of several months the bed was finally delivered but could not be assembled in the house due to Covid19 restrictions. They promised to refund the £25 already paid for assembly but despite emails and phone calls no refund was received. They obviously had no intention of giving the money back. I advise avoiding this firm and shopping elsewhere.

Bought an electric adjustable bed 2 months ago for my disabled son. Motor was broken when delivered but they promised to send out replacement part. Never did. Bed has never worked. Have contacted Sleepkings 7 times. Not interested. They really do not care.....Staff are impolite and rude. Inferior products and inferior service. Dont waste your money...or your time. Presume 5 star reviews are from friends and family..

Stay away from this company!! They sent me a mattress where the foam was made of plastic foam on the inside. Their 14day return policy is meaningless because they will not pay for the return of the mattress knowing that it is expensive for the buyer to return it. Thankfully I opened a case with eBay and got my money back. £79.99

Ordered from this awful company through ebay.shoddy goods would not replace even though product was broken.very unprofessional kept sending childish replies when i contacted them to complain.

Do not buy off them.realy dont know how they are still trading after reading all the bad reviews on-line.

Please, please, please avoid this company at all costs. I found this company on ebay their details asked you to call if you had any queries which I did I then ordered a bed paid them £970.00 over the phone and was promised an email confirmation by return but nothing arrived and alarm bells started ringing. When I put the phone down I realised that the order had not gone through ebay affording me the ebay money back guarantee and the paypal protection. I phoned the company back and advised them that I wanted to cancel the order and was given the complete run around. Has to be done by a manager but no manager available no one in accounts team they only work Thursday and Friday etc etc etc. I then sent them a further six emails and received a response to none of them and never got my money back. I contacted the credit card company to dispute the transaction they called the company and were given the same run around as me. They did refund me and took the money back from Sleepkings but they had to give them 45 days to challenge the decision. Today I have been advised that they have challenged the decision and advised that they have never had any contact from me. They have provided a POD stating that the bed was delivered to me and signed for by me with my signature forged. The bed was never delivered why would it be the order was cancelled and had they tried to deliver it I would have refused to accept it. Please I beg you do not deal with this company the customer service is appalling they are so rude and shout at you. They debit your credit card after they have received instruction to cancel the order and never ever respond to any emails or call you back or refund you as they promise. Now they have actually a document stating that they delivered a bed that has never ever been anywhere near my home. The worse thing of all is that the bed was urgently needed for my disabled husband who has now been forced to sleep in a chair for three months and because of their stories and I been told that I have to wait a further 45 days for them to respond to my response the whole thing is a joke. Meanwhile my husband still has not got a bed thanks to this company because we cannot afford to loose a £1,000.00 and do not have the money to pay for another bed from a reputable company. Please read the other reviews that all give one star and say the same. If you deal with this company you will lose your money.

Actual my 3 hotels I've ordered beds from here very impressed with the quality and service delivery men were very helpful too. Highly recommended

I purchased a four inch thick memory foam mattress topper.

It was delivered very quickly.The memory foam is wonderful to sleep on.

Had 2 electric beds delivered yesterday. The person who i dealt with in Ossett was brilliant. I rang a few days later with a question about delivery and a man talked over me the whole time, had no idea of my problem because he would not listen.

Delivery, arrived when they said,but that was the end of good customer service. They banged doors and wall, made no effort when i tried to be pleasant, did not show me how to work the beds at all. When they went to the van i realised that they had left all the packing, an enormous amount. Care less,worse than that it ranged from " not my job" " put it in tbe bin!" and when i said the reason we needed the beds was because we are disabled and struggle with our household rubbish there was just a blank stare. We were left with the !ot.

Mixed feelings, mostly good from Ossett but the delivery was appalling. We have no guarantee or paperwork of any kind. I would not let that man in my house again which means i cant buy anything else from them. I was left very upset.
