Land Rover Dicovery

Got boot liner for new discovery5.slit on left hand side for seat belt to pass through, none on right hand side.contacted titan who said that was correct and they had designed it that way.

Asked if they were telling me to stick Velcro to seat belt? Answer yes!!

Obviously they avoid returns.I wonder if the designer draws with crayons?

Range Rover Evoque Covers

Very pleased with the covers. Recommend also ordering the extended boot flap which protects the boot threshold from scratches.

Initially, the wrong set was delivered but customer services told me to return them and sent a new set which fit very well. Look smart and protect the cars cream leather. The velcro fixing tape adheres very well and a particularly good feature is the split back seat option which Landcover own set of covers do not offer.

Poor Design Titan Boot Cover

Ordered a boot cover for my estate and installed as per instructions. If you buy one of these you are required to use sticky back Velcro to secure the cover. My boot area is carpeted up the sides and I cleaned the area where the Velcro was to be stuck. After a day the liner kept detaching from the side walls because The Velcro was coming off the cleaned area. I contacted Titan as was told I had to clean using tar remover! I duly did and put new sticky Velcro on. The cover again kept coming away from the sides. The last time I used it my dog had stuck to the Velcro adhesive and not knowing this I opened the tailgate, my dog jumped out and pulled a joint in her leg. I again notified Titan and after a day or two they got back to me saying I had not cleaned the carpet correctly and to do it again!!! This is the worst, most expensive cover I have used. Because of the incident with my dog I have removed the cover and installed a tray. 1/3 of the price but better.

Tried reviewing this product on Titan`s site but looks like they don`t like certain types of feedback as I can`t leave my review. Probably because IT IS NEGATIVE.

Poor Product Avoid.

An expensive product that has to be held in place with what appears to be cheap adhesive Velcro tape. The tape will not stay in place even after cleaning to remove silicone or other contaminants from the surface on which the tape is to be stuck. The material itself is not paticularly good quality for the price that is paid for the liner. The design is poor as the controls to lower seats and side storage pockets are covered and the Velcro tape pulls away from the car body when access is required to the controls and storage pockets. Discussed issue encountered with customer services who to be perfectly honest were not paticularly sympathetic or helpful. Should have kept the loose plastic tarpaulin and saved a load of money.

Excellent Fit And Good Quality

I am very pleased with my Titan boot cover including fleece mat, bumper flap and headrest cover. The fit is excellent for my Skoda Yeti. Material is of a good quality, waterproof and wipes clean easily. The fleece mat feels very comfy for the dog.

As I am a horse owner too, I use my boot space a lot for transporting horse rugs, etc as well as my dog. This boot liner also comes in useful for trips to the tip. I havent a bad word to say against it and would definitely recommend to friends/family. Excellent product for keeping your boot area clean. Pricey but worth it.

Cracking Boot Liner .....

Just the job for my new car. The cover is sturdy and easy to fit. The dog bed is good quality and a neat fit so my dog who just fits the boot doesn't slide about! A towel on top of the cover stays in place and will keep the bed clean for longer. very satisfied.

Avoid!!! Misleading Website!! Dreadful Customer Relations!!!

"Titan Cover" boot liner.

The fabric appears very flimsy, and you are required to cover the inside

of your car with a lot of nasty self-adhesive velcro, having first removed the

protective silicone polish layer on your car’s nice new interior with

alcohol.  The ONLY mention of this on the

website is hidden away in the FAQ section – in my opinion, this is a sneaky way

to avoid anyone accusing them of trying to hide the fact that this is a clumsy

and inelegant solution.

The WORST bit, however, was when I returned the cover, a

refund was refused.  They said that they

would be unable to sell the cover since it was made to order. In my opinion,

this is an obvious ploy to escape the floods of returns that they would

otherwise receive.   Dreadful, and

short-sighted customer relations - which has resulted in this bad review for a

bad product.

This company is best avoided. Go for a semi-rigid liner

which will self-support without the need to cover the inside of your car with

masses ugly Velcro.

Doesn't Stay Put

I ordered a bootliner with bumper protector and vet bed liner for a BMX x3 2004-2010.

It took all of the 21 days to arrive but I hoped it would be worth the wait.

The fabric is strong and appears waterproof and the vet bed lining is thick and good quality.

Unfortunately that's the end of the positives.

The liner and vet bed do not fit my car. I have ordered for the correct model but apparently my boot is unusual as it doesn't have a little cubby hole on one side that the liner and vet bed are shaped to go around. I have not modified the car so I have no idea why this is.

The liner attaches with velcro - it doesn't stick, possibly because the liner doesn't fit properly so as another reviewer has pointed out, each time a dog gets in or out, it moves and comes unstuck.

The back seats attach only under the headrests so there is nothing to anchor the liner to the back of the boot. It constantly slips forward and stops my boot from closing. Once the dogs are inside, this means taking them out again, repositioning the liner, then getting them back in.

Titan Covers are not interested, they tell me it is my car that is wrong not their product, they have promised to send me more adhesive tape to rectify the problem (it's going to take some creative sticking) but after over a week of waiting this hasn't appeared.

These liners are not cheap and based on my experience I would certainly not recommend buying one, especially as once they have your money, they aren't interested!

Q&A

x2goc

Have just purchased boot cover for x-type estate after following instructions to the letter. Velcro supplied will not stay fixed to side carpet. Is there any other method of fixing this to side carpet as the Velcro is just falling away without any load on it even after cleaning thoroughly with autoglyn tar remover?
