Had a terrible experience with this company. The car I was planning to get, and paid almost £1000 fee to them to get me, was delayed over 6 months. After a string of excuses from them I had to purchase another car after the long delays. There was no way to get my money back if paid to them, then their “MD” a guy was absolutely disgusting towards me, no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s a total sham and I’ve also got friends who had a very similar experience. I would recommend to go elsewhere and avoid this company like the plague! If they’d given my money back with apologies for the delay that would’ve been one thing, but they didn’t give a damn Kept the cash and left me fuming:(

AVOID!!!!!!!!!! I would give it no stars if possible. Where to start the staff are absolutely discussing there manner and customer service is shocking I'm unsure how they have any good reviews. Misleading and genuinely offer you false information to get you roped in this is a true statement maybe unlike others so if your happy to be spoken down to given misleading information this is the company for you. The staff member claiming to be the Md  needs to be sacked, retrained or given time off clearly must be suffering from personal issues and taking them out on customers just loosing the company of a big sale horrific behaviour.

Thanks to Contract Cars. I have my new mercedes slk convertible at a very affordable rate. I was so confused to which car I need to lease and how and contract cars really helped to find out a reason to get it from them. Thanks for your support and patience.
