This is the fourth time that I have used Bookham Carpets for both carpets, Kardean and Amtico flooring. I have found everyone who works for Bookham Carpets very friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. They really know what they are dong.

The fitters of the Kardean and Amtico flooring are simply the best. The quality of their work is second to none which I cannot fault (and believe me, I look hard). They must be the best in the south of England.

I would definitely use this company again if I have occasion to do so. I would also not hesitate to recommend them. But do confirm that it would be the two fitters that are fitting the flooring if it is vinyl.

Very poor service, avoid and use a professional company.

Started off really well, great price and a good deal. Excellent service from the surveyor to take measurements. Pretty flexible when booking dates in to fit. Job had to be staggered due to the amount of carpet involved. They turned up on time in, except the last day. This was looking like the perfect service from start to finish until the final fitting day. Newly painted walls were marked quite badly marked, the fitters seemed keen to be elsewhere and most annoyingly charged extra 'cash' right at the last minute without mentioning a charge previously. They didn't hoover and were wearing outside shoes on the new carpet, that they had just fitted the day before! All in all an excellent service let down badly by the fitters on the final day. Their attitude changed everything and we now wouldn't recommend them. No follow up phone call to check if everything was satisfactory after the fitter left. Real shame.

Saved me a fortune, found a discontinued high quality carpet for me.Nothing was too much trouble, very nice people. The fitters were wonderful and even hoovered after fitting.Very very impressed!
