Takes Forever To Get A Credit For A Return!!

On October 27th I ordered and was charged for a pair of shoes. The shoes were of very poor workmanship, with the leather pieced together on inside arch!! I returned "free" scarf as directed. It is now January and I continue to wait for a credit!!! Will never order from PURE Collection again.

Terrible Shipping.

Well, it's been 3 weeks since I placed my order. I keep being told to wait a couple more days, but really? This is unreasonable... The company can't even tell me where it is - in the country, left the country? Will NOT buy from again.

Just to explain: although our standard shipping (using USPS) is not tracked, we have found this delivery service to be extremely reliable, with the high majority of orders arriving well within the 10 business days. Again, we're very sorry if this hasn't been the case for yourself.

On the rare occasion that orders do not arrive with customers within this timeframe, and are classed as lost in post, please be assured that we will offer a full refund.

Also, we do offer an alternative, express shipping option for US customers, which is a tracked and signed for service. This option is available as an option when ordering online, or over the phone with one of our Advisors,

Item Available On Webpage But Sold Out

I placed an order for 2 identical sweaters in different sizes which were both available on a website. Order was confirmed. A moment later a confirmation email shows only one sweater. We are sorry but it was probably sold when you were placing your order. If there is limited number of items it should be clearly stated istead of "available". Customer service rep. recommended calling them when placing an order since they have a real number of available items. Then what is a website for?

Very, very dissappointed.

Shipping Is Frustrating When Living In Usa

I adore the products. The cashmere V- sweater dress was beautiful in color but just didn't fit despite the comparison from UK to USA conversions. It's the expensive shipping to and fro. So, I've paid for a product I cannot wear and must return it and have nothing to show for it and I've just lost $21. The return policies are more accommodating in the USA. A company here would likely be more competitive but I won't be ordering from this company again without a 90 Day Satisfaction Free Return Policy as there currently is now in the UK.

While we are pleased with the products, this is the second time we have been shipped the incorrect item. Customer Service contact, Glynis was very nice and it was not her fault we are displeased with the order picking. There needs to be a double check of items picked and then shipped. Sadly I will not order again as we don't receive what we order.

Excellent service. Quality clothes.

The customer service personnel are gracious & accommodating. They will answer all questions & put in every effort to make sure you get the right fitting. Returns & exchanges,if needed, are handled with no effort at all.

The sweaters I purchased were well made. Colors are true to the catalog colors. The styles are classic. Size may be a problem but their customer

service will discuss size with you & come up with the proper size according to your wishes. I am thrilled with my 3 sweaters. My only complaint is that they do not have petite sizes.

Poor Quality And Poor Customer Service

I ordered a cashmere "sweatshirt"-style raglan sleeve sweater last fall, and it is a disaster. Perfect color, good weight, but the quality of the yarn is terrible--by two months it had pilled and fluffed into a shaggy matted surface on the entire garment. I use it around the house, but it is no longer presentable.

Furthermore, I keep getting email announcements when I requested to be unsubscribed. There is no option on the page to unsubscribe, as every other company has,which is especially annoying. I called customer service and was told it would be taken care of right away--that was a year ago. No change.

Would you kindly unsubscribe me NOW?

Consistently Impressive

I have bought many pieces from Pure Collection now. I Love the classic but modern styling; the quality is consistently high and lasting; their service is always impeccable (I'm buying from Australia). One request only - I'm tall sz10 (5'11")and would love to buy blazers and blouses but they are too short in the sleeve and neck-waist length - how about some 'tall' sizes in this area. I have bought some 'tall' trousers and they're a beautiful fit.

Pure - A Great Company With Great Merchandise!

I have purchased many many sweaters and a few skirts from Pure for my daughters and myself. Most have been just what we wanted, and it's easy to return those items we haven't wanted to keep. The colors are lovely and the cashmere is sturdy and doesn't pill easily. I wear mine daily and they look good all winter. The cashmere bath (it's called Cashmere Wash) keeps them in really nice shape.

Returns are cheerfully accepted. Once I returned three sweaters (too large) that never were received by PURE. They gave me a refund on all three anyway. And everyone is so polite.

It's important to order early to find merchandise in stock! There must be a large number of waiting customers out there ready to snap up everything! I have never been able to find some of their items anywhere else - the pashminas, for instance. So I go through the mail and online catalogues and as soon as they arrive and place my order.

Great Cashmere Sweaters And Selection

I love the quality of the sweaters I have bought and also the variety they have. It is pricey but the sales are great and I definitely plan on continuing to patronize the website. Definitely worth it.
