Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser

For a while now I've been searching for a facial cleanser that did it's job or cleaning, removing dirt particles, and blackheads without leaving my skin dry and flaky.

On the packaging it claims the Neutrogena Wave is a product that can be used daily. But after only two washes I don't think that's recommended for everybody. Especially those with sensitive skin.

The Neutrogena Wave is different from other household facial cleaners. For on it's needs a battery* to operate. The Neutrogena Wave is a small,chunky, curvy-hashbrown shaped gadget. It comes with 14 foaming pads that you have to throw away after one use.

You place the foaming pad onto the velcro attachment. After wetting your face and the foaming pad, the fun begins.

The cleanser vibrates, pretty loudly. I can't say I really enjoyed the sensation, especially near and on my nose. After awhile I thought I was getting and headache and my hand was beginning to go numb due to the vibrations.

After a thorough clean, I switched off the wave and washed my face. Whilst washing my face, I felt my face was a lot smoother and softer. But after patting it dry and looking in the mirror, it looked the same.

After washing the wave of any soapy suds and drying it, I felt my face begin to tighthen. It was an uncomfortable feeling. I then put on some moisture cream and felt my face begin to relax.

I'd recommed for people to use this product twice a week.

Pro's; Foaming pads smell really nice.

This is a pretty good product. It really cleans your skin, but unlike so many other products it doesn't leave your face dry. I am into acting and theatre in my high school and this is great for removing stage makeup (that's saying something because stage makeup is heavy and hard to clean completely). What I don't like about it is that Neutrogena's parent company is Johnson and Johnson, which does animal testing. The product itself, however, is still exceptional.

The Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser is a completely new kind of cleansing product: a vibrating handheld device to which you apply a pad. Run water over the pad and it will start to foam, and you then apply it to your face in circular movements.

On the first usage, I was really pleased with the results - my face was so soft and smooth. However, on the next usage, I realised that it was really not much better than any other normal liquid cleanser.

It was very good at removing makeup, so I reccomend using it in the evening to cleanse your face, before moisturising. I prefer to use a normal cleanser in the morning because the Wave does not do a great job of reducing oil or combatting spots.

Overall, however, it made my skin feel good and was fun to use.

Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser is is a really good cleanser. My skin is not bad, but I have blackheads. Now since using this product i dont have blackheads on the tip of my nose. Also, if i do get spots there not as noticable and go quicker. My skin is softer and more even. A definite buy!

Most cleansers I've used have brought me out in spots straight away but the Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser was absolutely amazing! It made my skin amazingly soft after the first time I used it and I've had completely clear skin ever since. It takes off every last scrap of make-up and you can feel the cleanser opening your pores and cleaning inside with a nice tingly feeling (it doesn't hurt promise!) I would definitely recommend this to anybody - its gentle so people with sensitive skin (like me) can use it with no problems. I never usually know whether to believe these reviews but I can honestly say I'm not exaggerating...it is the BEST thing I have ever bought! It's not too expensive either - less than £10 and you get 14 cleansing pads with it as well! Its also very very cute - and pink which is a bonus!! If you're not sure whether to buy it or not I would definitely, definitely go for it! You won't regret it!

I've tried most cleansers out there and every single one has brought me out in spots the next day, but when I tried the Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser my skin felt smoother and softer instantly, and it removed all of my make up off my face. (You can't use it on your eyes so you need to use something else on eye make up though!) I also have not had one single spot since I've used it (and I don't have naturally good skin!) The power cleanser is less than £10 (from Superdrug) and you get 14 cleansing pads with it. The refill packs are only about £3.99 for 30 as well! The power cleanser is so simple to use as well! All you do is place the cleansing pad on the power cleanser (it attaches like velcro) then run it under water and switch on. Then cleanse your face using circular motions and you can feel the tingly cleanser opening your pores and cleaning inside (in a good way!) Then just rinse with warm water! Then you just peel off the pad and throw it away! Its so simple to use but really really effective! It is honestly so amazing! I don't usually know whether to believe these reviews or not because sometimes people exaggerate but this product is honestly the best thing I've ever bought! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! If your considering buying it DEFINITELY go for it!! A-MA-ZING!!
