I have copies of conversations as evidence. Dont use christian connection they dont check for truthfulness on profiles.

There are some genuine Christians on the site but many more who are not. The company that runs it however will quite happily ban anyone that defends scripture and does not agree to a very liberal and anti scriptural agenda. The management act in a very hypocritical way and would rather retain their most liberal and nasty contributors while destroying any vestige of integrity they may have left than admit they are wrong.

They claim to be founded on Christian values but nothing could be further from the truth.

Agree entirely with above post. My experience was of so many people registered but not members so couldn't reply!! This makes impossible to connect and hugely frustrating. Seems like lack of interest for many when no activity. Many, like me...ended up not bothering in fact I forgot I was on it. The only person who contacted me after months...turned out to be a not genuine!! I was informed of this by the dating site admin by email and he was removed!! This site is deceiving and needs a big re-think to make it flow and be the facilitating connection it claims to be. I do not believe it won awards.

Too be totally honest this site is as dead as a dodo, you only have to go onto the message board to see the amount of posts complaining about no reply's to emails and frustration at lack of interest. It doesn't help that there is only a tiny percentage of paid up female members, if you do contact somebody and they are not a member, you'll only get the message that they are not members and they cannot answer your mail. I think the membership rate is too high, it's putting people off becoming members and scrolling through the profiles, so many list the person as not being online for a week or more, says it all really.

My account was abruptly closed down even without investigating on both sides simply because someone had grudges against me.What sort of Christianity practise is that ???? Even Jesus said that we should not judge others !!!!!! As soon as someone reports lies about your account,the management are quickly in sending you an email of deleting your account.... I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this website to anyone...Even my worst enemy .........

It probably works for some people. Its one of those things. Hit and miss. I'm a good looking girl and find it hard to attract the right type of Christian men. There are older men on there, 50+ and it makes me wonder why they would contact a 20 something girl. Some of the other guys are quite persistent even though I don't contact them back. I don't believe that all of the people on there are Christians and some just carry the label so be careful who you meet. A lot of guys are going on multiple dates at one time and I think some are shopping around hoping for a bit of fun. If you meet someone you like and meet up in person and pursue a relationship, you should expect the guy to close his profile and vice versa. If he doesn't want to- he's a player. Leave him alone!

I used to be on Christian Connection until I got kicked off because someone had allegedly sent a "serious report" about me. At no time was I given the opportunity to answer any accusations (whatever they were) and was just dumped off the site. No right of appeal, no other explanations, just dumped. I very much doubt if Christian Connection every got any substantiation from these (at best spurious) allegations because frankly I never ever said or did anything worth reporting to anyone I met on that site. So it seems that if someone bears a grudge against you, or you do or say anything that might tick them off, then they can just say whatever they like to Christian Connection and they can get you kicked off!

I agree, though I was signed up a couple of years before that, it just goes to show that nothing has changed.

I was personally attacked in a "cyber bullying" fashion by one of their main male supporters - what he said doesn't bear repeating on a Christian site and shouldn't be even discussed, as such. When I took a stand for a much more traditional (no extramarital sex) view, I was simply deleted.

Yes that's right, my account was deleted. I'd paid an entire year and I had unpaid months, and without any due process, I was deleted.

Honestly I should think Trading Standards should know about these people who swindled me. It's worse because they claim a Christian Ethos, but you'd have to be from Planet Pluto to not be able to see that is not how it's done here! And I'd imagine anyone from Planet Pluto would be better clued up than this bunch.

I joined christianconnection with hopes of finding other brothers & sisters in Christ. I attempted to make an account twice and each time I had my account closed for unknown reasons. They finally informed It was because I included my email on my profile below my picture which of course I understood once they explained. However the thing is I actually got the idea from a MULTI-TUDE of other members on the site which ALL seemed to "get away with it". Not only that but they decided to remove a photograph of me with JUST my face & shoulders on display. No nudity. Claiming it was indecent. The funny thing is scrolling through the site I saw many other members with similar photos and as for the women, they were a LOT of them with their assets on display. Including one in particular wearing simply a onesie open at the front covering just her aeroloas. Makes me think this so called "Christian" website is run by horny old men or something. Either that or its extreme sexism feminizi shizz. Not happy. I was speaking to several people attempting to make friends and now I'm sad that they'll think I'm not replying anymore out of rudeness.

And as for the price for subscription? Ha what a joke. Any thought I ever had about purchasing one now is completely gone. I advise using CHRISTIANLOVE UK its indeed MUCH better.

Functional dating option for Christians with detailed profile fields, photos and search. Somewhat expensive compared to other choices. Unfortunately, hampered by inappropriate behaviour by members in terms of communication, which considering the fact is a Christian specific web site run by Christians is very disappointing.
