Dental Departures is just a "referral" system to other dentists. They advertise one price on their website but when you actually go to the dentist you get a much much higher price. In addition to the higher price, then dentist we were referred to was extremely unprofessional (SALVADOR DENTAL CLINIC in QUEZON). They CLAIM to be "western quality" but in reality they are using very outdated equipment and 40 year old dentistry. The staff and dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would definitely avoid Dental Departures and San Salvador Dental Clinic.

Terrible experience. The agents have no idea about dental treatments and they pressure me all day to make an appointment through them, they are only sales agents who seek commissions at the expense of people's health.

So many reviews are fake. I have found exactly the same review but in another clinic in Mexico, with other names but the same text, they take data to deceive people.

My recommendation is to contact the clinics directly. You will save much more because the clinic will not have to pay commissions to them, my doctor told me that they charge enormous amounts like 20% of the total cost of the treatment just for referring a patient. Thanks to this I was able to save more than 30% of the prices that are published on dental departures. These are just tourist prices local patients pay much less.

They did an amazing job and gave me something that I needed for a long time…. I had the all on for treatment with full zirconium and titanium bar… I had four implants on the bottom installed and four on the top… even with the challenges of my special case, the dr. ,staff, and lab worked hard to get it done….

I love how easy it was to work with the staff at the dental clinic to arrange my pick up and drop off. And also my Airbnb’s.

I highly recommend Dental Departures and I highly recommend Cey Dental in Mexico City… you don’t feel like you are a patient you feel like you’re a part of the clinic very welcoming and very professional….. Great job team…..

Manipulating clients and reviews!

Only 5 Star Reviews? Ha!

I wrote Dental Departure and asked why there were only 5 star reviews. I try to upload a review on a dental clinic that almost cost me my life, but they wouldn't upload it, I sent it in person and care@ which promise to upload and get back to me, and nothing.

On their recommendation I went for a implants procedure in Dental clinic Cancun

and almost lost my life ,was a several days in coma is Cancun and long recovery.

they wouldn't upload my review and others as long as it's negative experience.

Now I know they supporting bad clinics just to gain $$ , DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. I wish I would know it sooner!

I contacted Dental Departures with the idea that their role was to be an advocate and resource for me for safe and trustworthy dental tourism in Mexico. As it turned out, it seems they worked more for the clinic they referred me to and did not represent me at all when there were up pricing issues and abandonment issues (left at the border after an appointment because shuttle service didn't wait for me to get thru customs). GRANTed, I think I was tricked.

I, called Dental departures for a dentist to get implants in Mexico. They suggested one that has been a nightmare. I'm not going into details nor am I giving the name of the clinic.

Anyrate, the reason I'm here to review is to give Dental Departure's 5 stars. BTW this nightmare just happened last week. So, I decided I'm not going to try to deal with the clinic and make the BLOTCHED and WRONG job, right, I tried dealing with them and it just turned into a BIGGER BLOTCH job and lots more money out of my pocket. So, I decided I'm going to call Dental Departure, and my rep. that I have dealt with through this is EMILIO and let him know what was going on, and he brought his manager into the situation. BOth of them have been amazing. THey both went over the middle man( who I've dealt with) and went to the owner and they both are making sure all this mess will be fixed.( everyone please pray if does, its my 3rd time dealing with them messing all this up and making my teeth look hideous) Emilio and his manager both have gone to bat for me against this clinic and gone that extra mile to make sure all this wrong will be right.

I will be going back to Mexico , the clinic September 13th and I'll put a new review on how that goes.

As of now , I give KUDOS to Dental departures, Emilio, and his manager to have my back on all this and help me get the implants that I've always dreamed of.

I booked with Dental Departures, everything went according to plan, the price was quoted, and was honored. All in all my experience was great

They quoted me a price they still advertise. They kept adding charges. When I called Supreme Dental. They said I was never quoted that price. Wow. I went back to emails. The original quote link is no longer valid. What I do have us some text in an email asking so is the original price quoted still available, 16 800, dated June, 2020. Everything else is gone. These guys are creepy. I am so sorry I ever heard of them. The reviews look good. But they are deceptive. I have seen many others here fall victim to the same sham.

Good professional and expert doctor team they have. Provides helpful information regarding the dental problem that we have and accordingly they will provide the treatment. Spacious, neat and clean area. Overall, superb experience visiting here.

When it comes to major dental issues, this place is a very budget friendly option. They provide fast service and quick response for my appointment.Place is very neat and clean. Dentists are professionals and take care of every patient. We couldn't have found a better standard of treatment at a reasonable price somewhere else.
