use alpha more then once.. normally excellent but recently the company doesn't seem to want to hear about a few details. some caps were missing so the water goes inside the door.. and the door doesn't open properly as it catches the door mat. Shame as Alpha windows used to be faultless..

Excellent company with great 'after service'..a niggly problem with my from door that was fitted in 2009. One phone call and they were out to sort out my door within the hour.

Alpha were very easy to deal with and great value for money. They installed a combination of upvc windows and aluminium folding doors and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Alpha Windows in Wrexham fitted 14 windows and 3 doors to my specification. The proce was competetive and arrangements for fitting were made to accommodate my schedule. Moreover, there was no 'hard sell' and the initial contact with he company was curtious, helpful and informative. I was very impressed with the fitters who were professional, skilled and always cleaned-up thoroughly after them. I needed only one adjustment following the installation and this was done within a short time-span. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends in the same way as my contact with hem was from two wok colleagues.
