Went with Buffalo after he came out to price the job up. We were very impressed with his attitude when he stressed how important he felt it was to do a good job. We did find cheaper quotes but decided to go with him as he convinced us customer satisfaction was a key factor in his business and he came across as an honest genuine guy. To be fair the fitting service was great. The issue came when our front door started to stick within 12 months of fitting. We phoned him and to say his promises proved to be empty is an understatement. Accepted no liability for the poor quality of the door and completely fobbed us off with a number of paper thin excuses and then suggested we got a locksmith he could recommend. When it was pointed out to him that he made made certain guarantees and the door he had replaced was a cheaper brand door and had outlasted his "better product" he basically absolved himself of any responsibility. What is especially annoying is that we paid more for peace of mind for the customer service and quality he promotes over companies such as Safestyle- my mum bought a door for a great deal less than we paid from them. She had exactly the same issue, she phoned Safestyle to complain and they just sent somebody out and fixed it in under 24 hours. Pay attention - that is genuinely a good job with customer satisfaction. We've had to buy yet another new door. Not in the slightest bit happy.

I would like to compliment Buffalo Upvc on how Fantastic our new Fascia boards look. They have made our house new again.we found it wise to go with buffalo as it seems that other companies in our area are are not using there own fitters and sub contracting out the work without your knowledge our neighbours have just fallen for the " We will Beat any genuine written quotation " trick...

we had buffalo upvc a few years ago in our last property and were not so pleased However after hearing many good things about them over the last few months and watching them fit new fascias for our fussy neighbours we decided to give them another try.I must say that buffalo have come of age The quality of the windows and composite doors are as fantastic and well worth the extra outlay.The fitting was excellent with very little disruption and the job was left clan and tidy,We have already recommended .

We felt snow sorry for the fitters in the most atrociuos weather but they battled through and made our house look fab Cheers guys We would happily reccommend you .

The lads at Buffalo upvc worked a small miracle in the most terrible conditions but now the windows ans fascias look really nice THANKS

We have had 2 previous poor experiences with double glazing This is because the salesmen have made us promises that turned out to be lies.It was therefore a very difficult task in choosing UPVC for our third time.After looking at several companies we decided to go with Buffalo Upvc.this was based on the simple /informative and honest approach given to us by the owner who came out himself to see us.Pretty much everything we were told came true.We would recommend Buffalo

After contacting our local trading standards Buffalo upvc seemed to be the obvious choice for us.We did experience a couple of hiccups along the the way but these were soon rectified.Certainly not the cheapest option but having experienced unwelcomed SALES TACTICS in the past (buy one get one free)type of thing it was worth the extra outlay.

After receiving several quotations for 12 new windows and replacement Fascias.My wife and i opted to go with Buffalo Upvc who were the most locally recommended and also the company who impressed us most of all.The installers were clean and helpful and never grumbled even in the horrendous weather.Our house is now lovely and warm and looks a treat we have already told several of our friends how pleased we are and most of the neighbours have remarked on how good our house looks.
