It has taken 13 months to finally get our veranda and blinds installed and the multiple leaks fixed. We have had delays, measuring errors, fitting errors, failed remedial works and 8 separate visits. They have offered us £350 in compensation on a total of over £22k. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

The company surveyor made mistakes on the hand drawings and did not listen to our requirements even though we restates the required size. So, the last part did not fit and their office silenced the surveyor, so he does not admit his mistake. They continued to ignore the issue and had to be chased for completion. Finally started to blame us for signing the survey which is something that has to be done in less than five min and not explained properly. This company turns 800K per week and yet is not open to listen to is customers or negotiate for correcting their own unfinished work. Do not sign a contract with them and do not pay anything before is completed. If you have to deal with them, do record your conversation with the surveyor as they will claim otherwise.

Superb service throughout. Knowledgeable surveyor, who took our ideas and turned them into reality with appropriate suggestions. The team drpm Huddersfieldarrived in good time and worked together amazingly well. Our veranda and porch were erected without any fuss with individual using his skills to support and contribute to the whole team. All the men were professional, polite and highly skilled and completed the work expertly and with amazing attention to detail. We are thrilled with the end prices and the whole experience was positive and enjoyable. The site was left clean and tidy with no evidence of building work. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a veranda or porch with a high quality and professional finish and workmanship. 

Salesman on comms only so are forced to use bully tactics !!

We have just had a Wintergarden fitted. We are so impressed by the product, the attention to detail, but more especially by the installation team from Huddersfield. They are absolutely professional and worked so hard with a minimum of disturbance. The Wintergarden is finished to a very high standard and we are absolutely delighted.

The installation team from Huddersfield, have just finished installing my new winter garden. They were exceptional workers working through wind, sun and sleet to complete it to a very high standard. They were very friendly and ensured I was happy through out the build explaining things as they went along. Excellent service. Now looking forward to using it.

Firstly never use them!!

My mothers who is 72 and looks after my dad who has dementia and was thinking of getting a veranda fitted so they could sit outside and get some fresh air and contacted Crocodile for a quote.

A salesman from Crocodile arrived, my mum stated at the start she was only looking for a quote and explained that my dad had dementia and would get upset if he stayed more than 1hr, after 1 hr my dad became upset which upset my mum, Crocodile salesman was asked to leave he would not leave until he had the sale, mum got so upset she signed the form and payed a small deposit, the deposit turned out to be £4500 total cost of the veranda was £8500.

The next person to arrive was the architect who stated the drawings were wrong and the price would have to increase, at this stage I found out about the purchase as I was visiting my mum, she was promised that the price would not increase!! letter later arrived stating it had increased £500 and because she had signed the contract she had to pay for it, my mother payed this without telling family as she was embarrassed that she had getting into this predicament.

When the family finally found out we persuaded her to cancel the contract, they accepted this and we thought it was all over and done with. We got a local contractor to fit an lovely veranda for £2800 which was as good as the Crocodile equivalent, weeks later we got a phone call stating the veranda had been fabricated and they were taking her to court for the rest of the money, the family were happy with this as we were confident we would win the case, however over the next few weeks numerous phone calls and letters from Crocodile were too much.

I received a phone call from her one day saying she was so upset and stressed that she had pated the rest of the bill.

This company preys on the elderly and venerable do not them.

Crocodile installation from Huddersfield has just finished installing our glass room in one and a half days. We can see that all the parts have brilliantly engineered and the team have put it together efficiently and promptly. A great team, working together brilliantly well, finished in less than two days. The finished product looks beautiful. We are very happy with the result.
