We are pleased with the quality of the windows and doors which feel very substantial compared to our previous windows. They were fitted well and any little glitches were dealt with timeously. It was good to deal with a family run company and we felt that they cared about their products and their customers. We cannot believe the difference that new windows and doors have made to our property and would have no hesitation in recommending Quality Trade Windows/ Eco Windows. The fitters cleared up after themselves too which is always a bonus. The staff were friendly to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt informed every step of the way and just love our purchase.

We had our whole house fitted with new double glazed windows and doors by the Quality Trade Window Group. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their products. The windows and the front door is of a very high standard and we are totally delighted with them.

From start to finish, i.e. The Director's first visit to explain in detail the product they provided, to the fitters who installed the windows and the door impressed us very much.

The whole experience from start to finish was superb. We could not praise them enough. We even corresponded with the company to reiterate our pleasure and satisfaction with everything they had carried out.

Called Eco Windows and got nothing but a first class service, doors were fitted at short notice and service was great. Shopped around for a few months and found Eco Windows were supplying the best doors at the best price. I would recommend to anyone .

My title sums up my experience with eco windows. 2 larger firms put us off when following a hard sale technique they failed to answer some additional queries we had prior to buying from them. Thank goodness. Hubby then hit the internet found eco windows & despite being in East Kilbride with us over in Edinburgh they were more than happy to visit. All staff dealt with pleasant & knowlegeable, all our queries were answered. They arrived promptly on day they said they would & were very pleasant to have in the house whilst they worked away. The estimate was 2 or 3 days to complete the job it was done in 2. The quality of the product is first class to match the service. Have already recommended them to a friend who is thinking of having windows done next year.

Simply put, Eco Windows are one of those rare gems of a family business that are just superb at everything they do. The whole process from start to finish was so incredibly easy. The doors and windows we had fitted are better than we could ever have imagined.

We had initially got two quotes from two large national companies for some windows and doors, but we were put off by the hard sell techniques as much as anything else. After some searching on the web for local firms, we stumbled across Eco Windows and their very informative website. So we decided to ring them and find out more about their triple glazing.

The first phone call I made to Eco Windows spoke volumes. You could tell instantly they were a friendly and honest business. I spoke to two people who were lovely and answered all my initial questions. It was suggested I give them some rough sizes of windows and doors which they then could e-mail some prices over for to give us a rough idea of things, then we could decide whether we wanted to take things further or not. It was made quite clear that there would be no follow up phone calls.

The basic quote we received from Eco Windows to replace some of our doors and windows was superb so we actually decided to do the whole house, especially as we felt the doors and windows were so good when we saw a sample and talked the job over.

Communication was so easy with Eco Windows whether it was by phone or e-mail. We also asked for two specially designed doors and two windows which was easily incorporated into the project with the click of a couple of e-mails.

When the installation started, we got a real sense of how well made the doors and windows were and how beautiful they looked, far more beautiful than we could have imagined. We selected the Irish Oak frames. The workmanship from the two man installation team was superb as the attention to detail was incredible, it really was. Each door and window was like a piece of art being installed as so much care and attention was given to each piece. You could tell how the team took great pride in what they did. I can't really highlight enough how beautiful a job the installation team made of everything.

Three weeks on and we are still more than delighted with our new triple glazed doors and windows. We've noticed that the house is so much warmer and also quieter. We've been left with an incredible transformation of our house.

We can't thanks Eco Windows enough for what they did for us. They are simply a brilliant business with brilliant products. Nothing was too much trouble, they were just so easy to work with. Every person in the business are very simply worth their weight in gold, not matter what their role is.
