Great looking windows but the service is an absolute disgrace. Staff need a lot of training. Frontline staff have no knowledge of the product and therefore wrong advice given resulting in 7.5k cost of useless windows.

Only to then be dealt with by an extremely rude director who makes you feel like a liar and a fraud asking for all monies upfront for replacement.

I was refused the option of speaking directly with the person I originally dealt with after asking several times.

An absolute disgrace and I hope if this review stops one person from putting there hard earned money these peoples way it will give me some comfort after what I have lost.

We live on an exposed hill, so needed PVC sash windows. However, we wanted them to look as close to the real thing as possible and after looking round at some truly awful plastic stuff, we were recommended to Masterframe. We were very pleased. The windows are really nice, look authentic and were supplied on time without problem. They were also really good value to compared to some of the better known sellers.

One of the panes did crack after 2 weeks of sitting in the aperture but Masterframe came out and replaced it with no fuss. We bought direct from their manufacturing site in Witham, Essex and had our own builder install them. Much cheaper this way!
