The company was installing windows in Wales. I asked the installers would they give us a quote for composite doors. He visited house discussed design and options. Informed company would contact us about what was agreed. They then sent a representative of the company to doors. After a coe of weeks we were called by the company to check with us the design was correct and colours of doors, then given date for installation. Informed time for instalation. All accurate. Briliant clean installation. No mess, no need to decorate after. The quality of the doors are excellent. Local installers have asked who installed them as very impressed with the quality and design and cost.

After a pleasant discussion with the manager who outlined the details clearly of the type of window we wanted, which was a bedroom window in away that we understood with no pressure. The price was greed and a discount given Measurements were taken and the time of installing was agreed, which was to be in a few months time. Later we asked for the date to be bought forward. A date and time was agreed and two of the staff arrived as was arranged. They fitted the new widow very efficiently and cleaned everything up. We are very pleased with the workmanship of the actual window and the skill of the fitting staff. I would definitely use the company again and also recommend them to friends. It was a job well done.

We had the guy round to give us just a quote for a bay window October 7th 2023. Reading the other reviews its all the same patter. Gave us a stupid price and then used the GGF or whatever it is to bring the price down. Asked us for a deposit of £280 ( fully refundable if we chose another company)or more if we could afford it to hold the price. He was like the other comments ,ringing the office for this and that code. After half an hour we dug our heels in,he rang his boss and told him that we were being stubborn,all the guy in the office said on speaker phone was to pack up and come away. When he left with a face on and sulking with no thank you for your enquiry we then realized we had dodged a bullet. Not saying they are really bad ..but definitely don’t like their sales tactics or attitude . Heaven knows how you would be treated if after fitting you had a problem or wanted a refund.

Listened to the sales pitch directed at my mum for an hour. Some utter nonsense about funding from GFF that could only be applied for once and must be locked in today - Same pitch as 10 -20 years ago. Had the manager on the phone and everything. Mum told him no many times. Wouldn’t listen. Started with the tactic of “oh what’s her area like- oh we do a lot of work around there” hinting that she’s likely to have a break in or some nonsense. 

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.MADE THE ERROR OF ASKING THEM IN AND TGEY TALKED ME INTO GIVING THEM A 'FULLY REFUNDABLE'DEPOSIT OF £315. THEY ORIGINALLY WANTED £630. I CHANGED MY MIND ALMOST THE MOMENT THEY LEFT. IT THEN TOOK 2 WEEKS OF EMAILS -IGNORED-AND PHONE CALLS BEFORE I FINALLY GOT A REFUND. EXCUSES EXCUSES WLL THE TIME SND DOWNRIGHT RUDE WHEN THEY HAD TO FINALLY REFUND ME. DO NOT USE, DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME!!

Received a call out of the blue advising that funding had been approved for my area. When asked which funding this was and who was granting it, he hung up! Dodgy if they can't answer a simple question like that.

Just received a call from a person at Posh UK regarding a follow up call, when advised that I have now had work done by another company he literally hung up on me , so if I ever do have more work done it will most definitely NOT be by these guys ! Not the best way to promote yourselves for future business opportunities!!

My 80 year old mother bought windows and there was a problem with one of them . They have refused to come back and sort it out and are very rude on the phone , my mother has been suffering with depression since dealing with this form . To treat the elderly badly is a disgrace .

I've just had a call out of the blue telling me we left our telephone number with them last year after they knocked on the door this time last year.

I asked if that was during lock-down? Then told them I don't give my phone number out to doorstep salespeople.

He asked me my address, which was correct to confirm but said I don't give out private details to cold callers, at which point he got angry at me and send it's only a cold call if I'm trying to sell you something only to see if I was eligible for finance, and then asked me again, to which I refused.

He said I'd call back when I was less moody.

I'm always moody with cold callers.

An elderly family member placed an order with yourselves, however he did not have the funds to pay after his initial deposit. I contacted the company on his behalf and explained the situation although it was well out of time and due to the Covid 19 virus. I spoke to a man who was very understanding and empathetic and said he would speak to the MD and explain the problem. He promptly rang me back to say as a goodwill gesture on their part they would issue a cheque for the full amount of deposit paid. I felt it only fitting that I write this review, so many people are quick to give bad reports and not good ones.
