Runs OK on PC but quite buggy on playbook. Was looking for something similar to sales force as an alternative. Although similar in price to sales forces it lacks many features. Also the need for a constant internet connection can get pricey on the move. Stuck with salesforce in the end.

The product seems easy to use and also has many features that don't seem to be in other systems I have tried. Unlike the previous reviewer I find it quick and wonder if they have tried on the Web version rather than the playbook version. The web version is quick but the playbook version can be somewhat slower. Stick with web version.

Downloaded free trial but found the product quite poor and clunky to use. You need a fast internet connection to make this viable, on several occasions I had a time out error which get's rather annoying after a while. On the plus side the layout is quite easy to read but the product lacks quite a few features that are included in Salesforce for a similar monthly cost.
