in this day and age trying to get good service is a hard battle especially with estate agents i fond Brighouse Wolff to be the best i have dealt with could not fault them great service thank you for all your help .

Do not enter into any business with this company. The solicitor dealing with us was rude, ignorant and led us totally up the garden path. I'm sure he broke some ethical code in his misrepresentation but not being a clever weasly lawyer I can't be sure. Do not engage them to represent you.

Do not use this company for conveyincing. They are incredibly slow and seem to have no regard for the sellers deadlines. Don't return calls either. Bad bad bad

My family and i were trying to move to a property with an additional bedroom for our grandaughter. After some time we came across a property and decided to apply. When we approached the office in Ormskirk, Lancashire. the staff were kind and curtious (even for a Friday). Over the weekend we had a couple of conversations with the agents, which culminated in the paperwork being submitted on the Monday morning. (I know, your thinking well whats wrong)?. Well upon submitting the paperwork, we were told that they had recieved some interest from other parties and were also waiting for there paperwork before the landlord would make a decision! This is against all of the other lettings agents procedures and to be honest infuriating to say the least. My partner decided to question the process and was spoken to like something the agent had stood in! i preceeding to contact the other office to confirm the process and found that they to thought the process was indeed first person to apply secures the property, I then contacted the Lettings managerto air my concerns, he managed to get very obstanate and when asked to put the policy in writing, "He hadn't Got Time". he then suggested that i ocmplain in writing and he would see about responding.

SO WE DID AND 10 DAYS LATER, THERE IS NO RESPONSE......ummmmmmmmmm

So as you can probably see, they dont tell you that if there are several applicants even if you are first, doesnt mean you will be successful.

THEY ARE DECEITFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEVERLY LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...... in my opinion.

With the ability to demonstrate your issues being readily available, please read and include in any decision making process that you may follow.
