Having expected Peter Heron Estate Agents SUNDERLAND to be fair,as they advertise following a code of conduct , treat everyone fairly unfortunately my experience has been just the opposite. Now I understand why Estate Agents are so unpopular.... weve been led along the garden park for five months by a bunch of robotic office based sharks in Sea Road Sunderland who have no decency or empathy with the "buyer" because the "seller" is paying the wages. Never deal with these people unless you absolutely have to and certainly don't market your house through them . No wonder Alfred Palace is rated the agent of choice in Sunderland ... if this is the competition they've nothing to beat.
