The product doesn't work so unless your as good a salesman as Nuturawhite are? Then don't bother. Have you noticed that most of reviews are all around the training and/or trainer? You are providing a product (gel and lamp) they do the 'treatment' themselves. That is your training. You cant allegedly legally do the business without insurance that you can only get through them, I think this was another £300ish. If you sell teeth whiting as a treatment then you are not covered and offering something illegal.

After trailing it on several friends and family with constant disappointment I assumed something must be wrong with the lamp. So sent off for repair as it was still in warranty. 7 weeks later I got my lamp back and a report there was no issues. The audacity of the company to send me photos of people they've used my lamp with that also showed NO results. If you'd seen these 'evidential' photos of the lamp working you would not buy this business. You also can't use the lamp without using there products as it needs an activation card to work.

I toyed with starting up again using there newer gel (bluforsa), again no results and disappointed people. This had such an effect on my beauty business and confidence to be honest. I thought maybe I could sell the lamp online (someone already using the lamp or some people can sell anything). A couple of interested buyers called Naturawhite to ask about activation cards, one was told the lamp is no longer being sold and another told me that activation cards cant be accessed.

I called to enquire and was told customer service would call me back. Of course no response. So basically flogging a dead horse. I cannot do anything with this £3500 business. The new lamps might not need the cards but that's no good for the rest of us. And doesn't take away from the fact the product doesn't work.

Complete waste of money time and reputation. Biggest mistake of my life but sometime you have to accept you loses and move on. I'm no expert but I don't think anything illegal has been done on there part, more unethical, lack off morals and values. All I can do if be honest about my experience. take the loss and move on.

**** Side note if anyone who is using this company and need a second lamp (apparently worth £1600 on sale when I last saw) for FREE leave your details and you can have it.

I've recently set up my own business with Naturawhite and it's been really rewarding, the team are very helpful kind and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to start their own business. The products work and it's great to see customers happy with the results.
