Over 3 years ago I installed the shower cabin with jets, steam sauna, radio, lights, the works, it looked like the perfect treat for us!!!

Parts seemed a little cheap, the trap, the door parts, the shower head but I didn't expect top quality for the price.

Relatively easy to install it looked 'the dogs ??' and I proudly shared on facebook!!

For a few months it was fun to experiment, listen to the radio, have a sauna, then things began to fail. Before 12 months the LCD display was failing, the temperature control was difficult to turn.

By 18 months there were signs of corrosion on the Aluminium control panel section, the door rollers were no longer rolling so the doors were difficult to open or close, so I replaced the whole roller system. The shelf fixings had broken and was not repairable, the hand held shower head was falling apart and needed repair.

To date, the control panel is now corroded in several places, the display is half full of water, the sauna steam section is dead, hand shower is useless

Now going back to a standard shower system, will not make the same mistake again.

We bought a large shower steam bath and had it fitted thinking we had a guarantee but the the company went bankrupt.Yes I know they have set up again and been bought by another company but who's to say that won't happen again .Our cabinet which was fitted by their own distributor by the way has never been hot enough and the dial is stuck also leaks underneath which has damaged our hall floor we live in a bungalow.we went back because of the incorrect temperature and were told the company had gone bankrupt.Which we accepted and after much deliberation as you can imagine decided not to throw good money after bad and have the whole thing ripped out and a new shower put. As I am searching online for a new shower as you do you can imagine my dismay when I keep seeing the Aqualusso name popping up! I didn't think you could go bankrupt and then use the same trading name!So that made me even more annoyed.Dont waste your hard earned money and end up having to replace it all a couple of years later!

After having read some of the reviews on here,l feel l must just say that l have not had any problems at all with my shower,and found the sales people were very helpfull when I needed to know anything,when ordering.I would use the company again for any future perchaces,without any worries.

We purchased this item a year ago and we had water burst from the back of the equipment on 1 July 2015. The NUT to the WRAS water hose was rusty and this became lose. We got a plumber in and they could not repair it as we need to order this item from Aqualusso. Why did they create a hose and nut that would rust knowing that the equipment is a steam bath? It was a good thing this happened in the evening whilst all the family was in otherwise this could have happened whilst at work or even on holiday. I wish I knew before I purchased the item that the item would have gone rusty during using the steam. Also the bath has a crack in it. What a waste of money!

This product is so poor leaks every where when asking for refund told because it has been assembled you cannot return goods .How can you tell a shower cabin will leak before assembly.This shower was bought from jtspas who keep on referring complaints of unmerchantable quality to manufacturer even though they are the seller.The product is so unstable I wpold be frightend for my children's safety when using this unit ,£600 down and no hope of a refund.

Every single part of this DAVENPORT is shoddy.

Connectors and screws sent were for a different model.

Three requests needed for the correct parts to be sent.

One year on the steam unit no longer fuctions("give it a tap on the side as the valve may be sticking " was the advice given?????

NEVER AGAIN.
