Utterly contemptuous service dealing with a manufacturing issue on my £900 whirlpool bath within the warranty period.

Having noticed water leaking from the blower pump and removing the bath panel it was evident that the loop that is so integral in stopping water ingestion into the pump had become detached from the bath.... it was only glued on in the first place.

I provided photos and called the factory asking for them to provide a solution and was told that 99% of the time the glue that they use doesn't cause any problems but in this case as it had become detatched I should build ' some sort of prop' to keep it in place...." you know a bit like those things that hold up washing lines" the customer service agent said.... either this or they could do it at a cost of £146

“But it’s still within warranty” I said.

“Yes but we don’t know if the problem was caused by transportation or installation” they said.

Highly unlikely as it had been working fine for 11 months.

So basically I’m being asked to fix my own Bath that cost just shy of £1000 within the warranty period with some Heath Robinson contraption that has no guarantee of working because of an issue they deny is their fault.

The representative on the other end of the phone said that all products are quality checked before they leave the factory.

Well that’s as maybe, so are virtually ever other manufactured products being sold in the world but they still go wrong... that is what a warranty is for.

They are basically absolving themselves of all responsibility after my bath left their workshop and in my opinion are in breach of their warranty agreement.

I ordered a whirlpool cleaning pack, it arrived very quickly at the product works really well.

What a great company. The bath is amazing and we all love the lights and the jets. It was delivered on the day we were told and was very well packed and protected. Our installer commented on the quality and couldn't believe the price we paid for it. Awesome.

Having spent hours researching whirlpool baths online we opted to go with the whirlpool bath shop because of the great reviews. The price seemed to good to be true for our bath but when it arrived it was amazing quality.

Customer service is fantastic, very friendly staff, delivery was on time.
