Avoid like the plague. I purchased a number of orders with LED Hut to benefit from their 5 year warranty on LumiLife LED bulbs. I actually paid over the odds for said bulbs to benefit from the 5 year warranty service. Fast forward two years, I have a handful of failed LumiLife bulps in need of replacement.

I've been told, although LED Hut are still trading and offering EXACTLY the same service but operated by Supreme 88 Ltd, they refuse to honor warranty claims for anything purchased before 16/06/2019, all in all that leads me to having wasted close to £130 having purchased between December 2017 and January 2018.

Having experienced multiple failures with all LumiLife bulbs purchased, I'll be amazed if I get 3 years out of a 1/4 of the products purchased.

I appreciate things with financial difficulties and administrators being called in can impact services, however to purchase a brand name and offer the same services under that name, but refuse to fulfill warranty requests for the same products being sold with the same warranty promises.

If you're considering using LEDHut, I'd ask yourself how long Supreme 88 Ltd will operate with the brand, because that's effectively how long your warranty will be, it could be 6 months, it could be 12 months, 18 months who knows.

Either way, it's an absolute disgrace.

Please avoid this company.

After 300 hours of use 2/3rds of the bulbs have failed, they are advertised as lasting 25,000 hours.

When returned under the 3 year guarantee Ledhut have failed to honour their promise to reimburse postage costs.

Do not purchase from this company.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, THE PRODUCTS ARE REALLY REALLY AWFUL.

SO FAR IN ALMOST 1 YEAR I HAVE SENT/RECEIVED 142 EMAILS AND STILL DONT HAVE A RESOLUTION AS THE PRODUCTS ARE SO LOW QUALITY AND no refunds AFTER 30 DAYS, ONLY CREDIT NOTES TO PROLONG YOUR MISSERY.

spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Beware that their "5 year warranty" which is on every page of their website is only actually a 2 year warranty - unless you extend it by filling their forms.

I suspect that they rely on trusting people like me not reading their small print. Why else would they do it?

By the way - the 10,000h manufacturers rating is 2 years with the bulb left on full time.

So if you want their advertised 5 year warranty be prepared to jump through their hoops and fill in their forms.

And the product? I've bought quite a lot from LED Hut. The quality has been variable - from good (0% failure) to awful (40% failure).

Ordered a light which arrived faulty and they insisted it was recevied back via Royal Mail 2nd class before a new one would be sent (proof of posting not enough. Due to christmas delays it was a number of weeks before fault confirmed but they again stalled on refunding money and did not refund original or return postage. Upon complaint return post was received but not original posting as a second complimentary item was ordered with the light, whcih i held onto as was going to re-order light strip. Avoid all costs

Several failed LED bulbs returned to LED Hut. They have not sent replacements and ignore my emails asking when I will receive replacements.

They have taken my money and not supplied a working product

I have used LED hut 3 times, the first visit I got what I wanted the first time. The second time I ordered some bulbs and they didn't arrive I had to chase them up several times before cancelling the order and getting them elsewhere. The final and last time I shall use them I ordered some bulbs, I was offered free next day delivery, then after the payment had been taken I got an email saying that some of the bulbs were not in stock and I would have to wait a fortnight for them to be in stock. I asked that the bulbs that were in stock to be delivered as I needed them. I was then asked to contact them to pay for delivery! I pointed out that I had been given the option of free delivery when I ordered, therefore I didn't need to pay any more. They argued that it was not the case. I simply cancelled the order and reordered the whole lot from Amazon, which came the next day and was cheaper than LED Hut. I will not be recommending them and certainly never use them again.

As a trade customeer who has spent over £2500 last year with them, I have had a small problem with some fittings. However after numerous calls and emails over several months and even after an email to the MD I have yet to get any reply. I cannot use this company any more as my reputation would be at stake.

Bottom line - Order elsewhere!!!

I ordered from these guys, then the item went out of stock, called numerous times, each time given a different delivery date, two months later still no items, refunded me MINUS lost interest.

Basically, they keep your money earning interest themselves and never deliver the goods.

Some days they seem to turn their phone lines off and do not answer, they also do not answer questions submitted via their online form.

The only way to get a response is via FACEBOOK.
