We bought both a ceiling light and a lamp. Very quick delivery and we were delighted with the goods. They look beautiful in situ. We unfortunately had a small finial missing but the company were fantastic and sent us this within a few days of being reported. Fantastic service.

Emailed about a light fitting I was trying to find, got a reply the same day from the person I dealt with. Rang him and he got me exactly what I wanted at a super price!

I tried to order an Antequera Bankers style desk lamp from this company. All went well until the final part of my purchase, which required me to enter verification details, which I did. The page locked and I couldn't continue, so I called my bank who told me the fault was with Tiffany's website. I emailed Tiffany's explaining the issue and received an abrupt defensive 1 line email back from a person who said there was nothing wrong with their website and (I quote) 'Furthermore we have received orders all weekend without any issues from other customers'

Does this person think firstly that that is an acceptable professional way to address queries from customers and secondly why does he think I'm even vaguely interested about what experience he's had with other customers? I contacted the Tiffany Lighting Direct number and spoke to another very helpful gentleman, who although wasn't able to deal with my query, had heard of the person I dealt with and pretty much endorsed My experience with him.

I was prepared to try and find a solution to this as I did like the look of the lamp, however having read some of the other reviews and speaking to the other gentleman at Tiffany's Lighting, I won't be bothering. Whether the technical difficulties were with me, or not, I'm not prepared to put up with rudeness of this type.

I ordered a light from this company and when it arrived it came with the wrong fitting , not only that the fitting it arrived with there was some parts missing so I telephoned the company and explained what had happened and said that I would like to return this as there was parts missing the gentleman on the end of the phone was so abrupt and rude I came off the phone so so upset then I received a message from a courier to say there are sending another parcel out to me , I have been phoning this company and leaving message on there answerphone I have left 8message alone today and they haven't got back to me , so I am going to seek legal advice tomorrow and return theses goods for a full refund so please be aware of this company its not good I am appalled of say the least.

I am disgusted with the service I received from Tiffany Lighting Company

Firstly my owl lamp stopped working after just 4 months

I wrote to them but I could not find my receipt or my email

They said there is no possible way of location my order

Broken lamp nothing I could do

Last month I did a search on my old email address and there it was my invoice number

4 emails later with no response and I have given up

I'm going to trading standards as all electrical items carry a 12 month warranty and they think by just ignoring you it will go away .....WRONG

TAKE YOUR MONEY .... POOR QUALITY ..... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE .....AVOID .... WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD .... MY TIFFANY LAMP COST ME ALMOST £20 PER MONTH FOR THE TIME IT WORKED!!!!!!

Bought the Hot Chilli Red Bahama Table Lamp.

Fast delivery ordered on Saturday delivered on Wednesday. Received emails keeping me informed on delivery time and day. Well packaged. Very pleased looks stylish and expensive but was very affordable. Cheapest delivered price I could find on the web.

Just fitted my ceiling light from The Tiffany Lighting Company. Looks amazing and gives my hallway a beautiful glow not to mention more than a touch of class. I bought the green dragonfly design which looks very period. Product extremely well made and pictures on their site actually don't do the lights justice. You can choose full ceiling height, or like me, choose a smaller one if you have a lower ceiling. The shade is surprisingly light, despite being glass and metal. Speedy delivery and packaged extremely well-mind you I'm still finding bits of styrofoam when I Hoover! Well worth the money, and I'm planning a further purchase of a table lamp.

I am very pleased with the lamp I ordered from Tiffany Lighting Company. Their service is really good. Quick postage and the quality of the lamp is great. It looks lovely in our living room. This is a great place to get Tiffany Lights!
