Pour Moi?

I decided to shop at Pour Moi and buy a Bikini as I had never heard anything bad about them. I received by Bikini but it didn't fit properly, so I has to return it. I received my refund for only the Bikini bottoms and not the top. I called Pour Moi and asked why I wasn't refunded the full amount. She asked me to hold the line so that she could call the warehouse. A few minutes later she said that she could't get through and that she would call me back. I waited all day but there was no response. The next day i called again and they said that they contacted the warehouse and couldn't find the Bikini top and that I hadn't return it. she said that she will contact me again after checking the warehouse again. Still two days went by and I didn't get a response, so i called AGAIN. She said that she will give me a refund out of goodwill. I never received my refund.
