This company could not do what their website claims...wasted 5 days....refund on its way after 2 emails.....never again.period.

I was very excited to use these guys. The price was right and they reviews seemed ok point as well. I went ahead and ordered the unlocked, after 2 days I messaged support to see what the status was. They did not answer. I wake up today (day 3) to a refund message. It simply said we were unable to get the unlock code, here's a refund. It did not say why or give any advice. Just a generic message. Would be cautious using them if you have a newer phone.

Afer 2 weeks no answer from them. they never unlock. I was forced to open a claim with paypal to get my money back.

It took them forever, 4days but couldn't unlock a contract at&t phone and still charged me some money, I'm yet to receive my full refund. Don't waste your time

I was so skeptical of this service, and there were just too many services out there to choose from. I needed the phone unlocked to use other sim cards temporarily, but the phone was still under contract. I needed it unlocked within 3 days, and the service said it could take 5 working days. I got my unlock code within 24 hours and it worked. The email gave clear instructions that were ridiculously easy (just type in a code) and my phone was instantly unlocked. I even made a video recording of me unlocking it because the site said you can get a refund if you show a video of the code not working. It worked on the first try so I can delete the video. This service works. Just use it.

That said, I sent in two emails to the company and didn't get a response, but it could be because it was a weekend. I couldn't remember if I had selected my carrier when I registered and I didn't understand why the order status said "not enough credits." No response, but the phone got unlocked, so I don't care.

I am very please with the excellent result the result was that my phone was unlocked with in 24 hours and I am very pleased with the product and service I have recieved and I will be letting all my family and friends no about this excellent service

I ordered a unlock code for a Samsung s8 plus, June 5 and it's now the 15th of June. I've been emailing the customer service and wrote the Facebook page and I've gotten zero response from them. Worst customer service ever.

It was darn fast and reliable, instructions were clear, it worked pretty well.
