Worst experience ever! Charged me a boatload to unlock my iPhone within 24 hours, come to find out they meant 24 "business hours." This guy is probably just some Techie in his mother's basement, what does he even know about the term "business hours"!!!!

If you are going to provide a service and charge a premium for speed, then you better make sure you actually provide the speed and not hide behind the statement:

We provide a service based on business hours, so if you placed a premium order on nights or weekends you are 'ish out of luck!

I immediately requested a refund and I'm still waiting a week later for it. Don't threaten to lock my phone if you provide a refund, just do it! I've already found someone that will do it for $10 within less than 10 minutes.
