Waited Almost 3 Months For Delivery
After waiting over 2 months for my helmet to be delivered I was told the product had been discontinued. I was offered an alternative that EXACTLY the same helmet with a minor colour difference. I accepted the exchange feeling somewhat irritated I hadn’t been offered this alternative earlier. I was provided with a dispatch notification for next day delivery but the helmet never arrived. When I called to enquire as to its whereabouts I was told they had discovered a defect in the helmet when fitting comms unit. Apparently an email was sent to me but there is absolutely no record of this in my inbox. Furthermore I was very specific about safety as a selection criteria and do not want a defective repair led helmet. There has been zero customer service and zero initiative shown by staff - offering the alternative rather than making me wait two months was an obvious mistake but ordering a fully functional replacement rather than sitting around hoping I’d accept a defective repair was another lost opportunity in terms of customer care. I’d recommend avoiding these brainless, unreliable, shirkers and take your money somewhere else.

Endless Wait For An Order
Ordered goods on the 16/12/16.According to their website goods would be dispatched within 48 hours.I then got an email on the 19th dec to say they could not supply me my goods until 09/01/17 so much for a 48 hour dispatch.I called today which is the 10th to be told 2 of the 3 things im waiting for they still don't have in stock.I know everyone has supply problems now and again but no communication and no goods is no way to run a company.Hence order cancelled and reordered and will receive goods tomorrow.

Recently bought some Putoline Whizz Wash and Wax Spray.
When it arrived it looked like Royal Mail had been playing rugby with the parcel, The bottle had leaked. (Even though it said fragile on packing).
I contacted Sportsbikeshop and Royal Mail.
So no reply from Royal Mail, but Sportsbikeshop sent a replacement without any messing. Excellent. Will be using Sportsbikeshop in the future.

Rst Heated Gloves
I bought the RST heated gloves 2 weeks ago and have now done 2 100 mile journeys with them. The first was at motorway speeds for 90% of the journey with air temp 2 degrees. I had them on medium for the first half and switched to full for the rest and arrived with fully functional and comfortable hands. The second trip was mixed roads and speeds air temp 10 degrees and had the gloves set on low for entire journey with same result. Very pleased with them and fully recommend them. The only reason for 4 stars is that they're a bit awkward to get off and tend to pull the liners out

Good Service? You'll Only Find Out When There Is A Problem.
I've used Sports bike shop for quite a few purchases. We've probably spent a couple of thousand with them. Sidi boots, Shoei helmet, Wolf textiles, Dainese jackets, Michelin tyres and more.
The issue was with a Held jacket I bought for my wife. It had zipped cuffs and the first time she wore it both zips burst. I contacted Sportsbike shop and all they were interested in doing was sending it away for repair.
I said that it had literally been worn once and I wanted my money back - but they would not budge.
I duly sent it back, and then we had to wait.....and wait.....and wait..... - just a rubbish response!
They eventually got in touch to say that the zips were faulty! Really?? they then agreed to replace the jacket.
A new one arrived and the zips popped again. After all the hassle trying to get sportsbike shop to do the right thing - I bought her something else, from an actual walk-in shop, where you can go and look at the stuff, try it on, and make sure you're happy.
There is some benefit from using on-line stores, as you can often get a good price, and as long as there are no issues with your goods, as has been the case with the majority of my sportsbike shop purchases, you will never know if the suppliers offer good service or not.
Quick delivery does not equal great customer service. Anyone can stick something on a courier overnight. Good customer service is how you deal with an unforeseen issue, or as in this case, faulty goods. And I'm afraid to say - they didn't deal with my issue very satisfactorily.

I recently purchased an Optimate 4 battery charger,it brought my battery back from being totally flat, and not accepting charge from my bike.Thanks to the staff at Sportsbike shop for selling a Good product at the Best price, with a fast turn around. 5 stars.

Furygan Leathers
I recently bought a Furygan Akira jacket and Veloce trousers from Sportsbike shop. Prior to the purchase I phoned up to check that the two items would zip together as I intend using them for trackdays and was assured that all Furygan jackets and trousers zip together. I was disappointed when on delivery I found the trousers have a coarse zip and the jacket has a fine one. Each item has both halves of the zip so it's not the end of the world but it does mean I have the added expense of having the other half from the trousers sewn into the jacket. Bearing in mind that they are already pricey items anyone else considering buying this combination should be aware that they will have to lay out more if they want to use them on track.
That said I must say it wasn't all a bad experience. I was told that the helmet I wanted was out of stock and that there was a 48 hour delay. They lied. The helmet was delivered to me in less time than that. Their delivery system is amazing. Everything was well packed and I was kept informed of what was going on and where my goods were right up to the time when the delivery guy knocked on my door.
The jacket and trousers are top quality (apart from the odd zips) and the Caberg Duke helmet I would highly recommend. Top for safety and great price.

I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency with which my order was processed and with the quality of the goods. I'd order 2 jackets to let me contrast and compare and (reluctantly) returning my less favourite one couldn't have been easier. The refund also appeared in my account really quickly too.

I Have Ordered From Them Before And Had A Good Exp
I have ordered from them before and had a good experience. However when I question them about the products the employees have no clue about the products being sold. It was a simple question that I'm pretty sure a company selling multiple brands could answer and yet the replies I got were as if they have no clue but are just interested in making money.
