Don't Let The Low Prices Fools You.

The service is very bad. They don't answer to emails unless you ask for a refund from Paypal/credit card company. pacakge lost for more then 40 days.

This is happen to me multiple time with them (ask for warranty about pedal, euro rack module...) in all cases they ignored me completely.

It's better to pay extra and avoid the issues with their service.

I'm a long time costumer and I'm very disappointed

Roena from Juno helped me to resolve this issue.

She was very responsive and helpful.

The support of Juno.co.uk seems to improved thanks to her.

Do Not Buy From Juno. All Four Vinyls Arrived Damaged.

Do not buy from Juno. I ordered four vinyl records and all arrived damaged. The corners of all the covers were blemished and in very poor condition. One of the vinyls had a 4cm tear at the top. There was no damage to the packaging it arrived in. They are selling defective second hand goods listed as new.

Appalling, Customer Service

I have brought things from Juno on a couple of occasions, price, delivery all great, but......

I returned an SPL crimson interface for a warranty repair in mid January, I was told it would be between 2-4 weeks to be repaired. We are now in late April and it is still not back!

I have contacted them on endless occasions via there web support and, basically, been told a load of rubbish. I was told at one point it had been repaired but it didn't materialise. I was told they would look into it, but never did, I have since found out it didn't even get sent for repair till the end of March!!! I started to demand a refund, they have since ignored all of my emails.

I have spoken to them on the phone, been told a manager would contact me, of course they didn't. They never get back to you when they say they will or in fact ever.

My last contact was two days ago (via phone) and I was told it had been repaired, and would be with me today before 10:00am and of course it is not here!

I am a professional sound engineer and studio owner, I can only work with truthful, reliable people, if you feel the same do not use Juno.co.uk.

Not A Problem

I ordered a Tascam DR-60D recorder. 5 days later it had not arrived. I e-mailed customer services who said it had been sent first class by royal mail the day after I placed the order. Having read some previous reviews I was concerned but the item arrived the following day. Only 4* because with these fairly expensive items I think you should be able to provide proof of posting and some sort of tracking information.

Very Poor Customer Service

I ordered a record and, as the confirmation receipt confirmed, it was to be sent to a gift address. Juno sent it to registered home address instead. Advised them of their mistake (and included evidence of confirmation of alternative address) and they were completely uninterested/uncooperative. The tone of their correspondence was curt and unapologetic. I would not recommend doing business with this company, which clearly has a bad attitude to customer service.

Just Dreadful

I ordered from this 'business' on ebay. The item was accidentally returned to them after being delivered to Argos. I asked if it could just be sent out again but they insisted that I would have to wait for a refund and then reorder.

Three weeks after the item had been successfully returned I still had not received a refund. I sent numerous messages and emails and got not a single response. I called them to complain, was told that I'd be "put through to the right department" and then was transferred to a phone that was never answered. When I called the main number back again it rang out. Luckily, as I had ordered on ebay, I was able to get all my money back quickly from them (ebay are great like that) - who will presumably now pursue Juno for the cash. Dunno what I would have done if I'd ordered directly from them with a debit card - probably would still be trying to get my money back months later. Avoid this unprofessional outfit like the plague.

Untrustworthy And Dodgy Practices

1) Took money twice from credit card (over £1k) then tried to take a third time!!! unbelievable .

2) Items arrived damaged, because they were so badly packed.

then replacing took far too long.

3) Tele sales staff polite but no proper continuity of service,

staff unwilling/unauthorized to give out managers/directors names so I have hunted it down on internet

4) I will be writing stong letter of complaint.

5) bad company policy all round, trying to be cool but just disorganised covering ass stuff.

6) accounts doesnt talk via sales staff everything is confused, accounts dept should be sacked

7)items relatively cheap, yes, but at what a cost! how many emails phone calls etc..and now i have to write on one of these sites.

8)I wont this use Juno company ever again.

Vile Service

purchased an item from this so called company. tried to cancel the item as i know longer required (due to wife purchasing the exact same item as a present). Item arrived and i have been trying to contact juno records for the past week now, leaving 6 messages, emailing them twice and possibly rang them about 25 times and know reply what so ever...awful service

Value For Money

So So Bad

I ordered a DJ controller/mixer, when it came I tired everything to get it working but it ended up being faulty!! To make matters worse over a week later I don't have no controller or no money back!! I've rang them time & again & been told different stories that it's being looked at, new one being sent out etc. nothing has happened. I'm fuming & will never buy from them again.
