I have just purchased a garden chair (cheaper than amazon) ordered 10:30 Tuesday morning it was delivered 11am Wednesday amazing

Ordered online and arrived within two days, three days earlier than I had anticipated! Well packaged and perfect condition. Best price on offer saved me £20. Great service.

You will not get any help in resolving issues.

Ok the price may be £5 cheaper than Amazon, but I've had Amazon instantly refund £500 with no questions asked

Long story short.

Bought item. Faulty. Flubit didn't help. Would not cover return cost. Claimed chargeback through creditcard. Won. 6 week process.

Now I have my money back, they are chasing me for the product (Luckily I haven't thrown it away) and I still had to force them to cover the postage charge. Flubit had the best price for the Playmobil I wanted to get for my son.

My order was originally placed on 16/02/18 and appeared to get outsourced to another supplier.

Having heard nothing by 28/02/18, I queried the order. Having once again had no response from the supplier it had been outsourced to by 05/03/18 I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued.

They initially offered a credit note and only provided a refund when I demanded one.

Use a known and trusted site these lot are not to be trusted

NO DOUBT PRICE OF PRODUCT WAS APPEALING WHICH IS WHY WE PURCHASED IN THE FIRST PLACE. WISHED WE HAD SEEN NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND AS WE WOULD HAVE STEERED CLEAR.

OUR EXPERIENCE DETERIORATED WHEN GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED. INITIALLY OFFERED A REPLACEMENT WHICH WE WERE HAPPY TO ACCEPT.

HOWEVER THE HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES THEN INTERVENED AND TOOK OVER FROM THE PERSON DEALING WITH OUR ISSUE WHICH WE THOUGHT HAD BEEN RESOLVED. THE HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES U-TURNED ON THE OFFER OF A REPLACEMENT AND ACCUSED US OF CAUSING DAMAGE. REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING.

THINK RIDING ROUGH SHOD OVER AN EMPLOYEE WHO THOUGHT THEY WERE EMPOWERED TO MAKE A CUSTOMER FACING & GOOD DECISION, CLEARLY SAYS IT ALL ABOUT HOW THE COMPANY OPERATES ON THE INSIDE. OBVIOUSLY NO INTEREST IN BUILDING THE BRAND IN A POSITIVE WAY. CAN'T IMAGINE THE VC BACKERS COULD CONDONE THIS! VERY SHORT SIGHTED.

A COMPANY ASPIRING TO TAKE ON AMAZON, BUT HAS A LOT TO LEARN ON THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FRONT, DESPITE CLAIMS BY ITS HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES TO OFFER A VALUABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

VERY VERY POOR!

I needed to stock up on some vegetarian bullion which I usually buy from Amazon or the health shops. After Google search I found a very good offer on flubit. Few days after placing the order I received a parcel from a completely different seller with the wrong quantity and the incorrect product. I decided to ring flubit customer service number and in amusement listened to the automated message which is really weird. You are informed that you have to complain directly to the seller and not flubit. In the end I contacted flubit by email, requested refund, had a refund case assigned, paid for return postage and waited a couple of weeks for the refund.

In the end I ordered the product I needed from Amazon and received it the next day. And you can't beat that!

I've had a horrible experience, by far the most unreasonable conduct I've ever encountered by customer service. They do not respect nor value their clients at all.

I've never heard of that website and only ordered from them after they showed up on Google search with the lowest price for the items I wanted to buy. However, I received a single item instead of the twin pack I had ordered and after requesting a refund for the item I didn't receive, they claimed they could only send one due to a price matching error on their side. So, instead of cancelling my order and letting me know what the problem was, they just took my money and sent me half of what I thought I was paying for and now they're denying to give me a refund and have been ignoring my last emails.

Stay away!

Easy to use and can help to save few quid.

I will use it definitely again.

The product itself is well made, just what I needed.
