Wasted £80. Product didn't arrive. Several emails sent - NO Reply. Customer service is clearly non existent.

What I ordered and what I received are now where close to being the same. Barely visible and high priced. I could have got the same laser for under $4.00 instead of paying $40.00. Won't reply back to emails. Won't back of sanctification guarantee. Just a bunch take your money. Don'y buy from them.

I was sold a 2watt red laser pointer. On off button was faulty. Laser output was less than 200mw!! Cost me £86 for a cheap pointer that sells for about £1 in India. 

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you buy a laser elsewhere. Sanwu Lasers is very good!! I always shop there for lasers now.

Btw.. Their customer service barely can speak a single word of English!

I bought a laser from these guys which stopped working after 24 hours. no misuse/abuse on my part. I sent several emails to them, describing the problem and requesting procedure for return for repair or replacement. Never got any response at all, so now I'm out $109.00. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT BUY SOLAR PANELS FROM THIS COMPANY, they are sold through eBay from their factory in China. I bought mine from them because they advertised the panel had a 25 year warranty with long lifetime, stupidly I believed this and used sikaflex to attach it to the canopy of my ute - 5 months later the panel stopped working. I had a licensed electrician confirm that the panel itself was defective - photographic evidence showing this was provided to htpow, I was then instructed to send the panel back to their factory in Shenzhen China and if the panel itself was found to be defective then they would refund me so I did this (costing me more money might I add) only to be told when they received it that it was broken and they cannot exchange it or refund me - completely the opposite of what they said earlier, no doubt their shonky business practices regarding refunds aren't just limited to solar panels so my advice would be steer well clear of this company and buy elsewhere!
