terrible site worst i played on slots a joke

stay away as i have done only lost 10.00 could not be bothered to deposit any more no bonus

Been still waiting on a update on my withdrawl tht is 2 days now been constant mailing my withdrawl is pending cause i havent had a rmail bk or tht av had to write a review i am not happy my withdrawl said it was succesful but then stilll pending after 2 days the bingo is good but just would like to know what is happen with my money

would be good site if not same winners all the time been on since day 1 and its getting worse.

I made my first deposit to Bingostars on the 26/10/14 with my first £10 deposit I won over £300 on the slots the problem came when I tried to withdraw (message came up on screen saying technical error) so I carried on playing and lost my entire winnings. I deposited again and this time won over £200 tried to withdraw and got same error message. I thought this was possibly due to the time of day (early hours of the morning) so attempted withdrawal during normal working hours (same thing happened as previous)

I again carried on gambling my winnings and lost.

I did have some hope though as when I tried the withdrawal option without any winnings to withdraw I didn't get the error message so I assumed that it was a technical glitch and that the next time I won I'd be able to withdraw. NOT the case this cycle continued for a few days until it got to the point where I had stupidly gambled a lot of money and was never able to withdraw the large winnings that I had built up. After reading others reviews on here I will be making an official complaint. if you can't afford to lose the money your gambling and you want to collect your winnings then DO NOT entertain this site under any circumstances. I now realise that this site SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

I joined this site last week and now I wish I never I won 80 pounds then try ed to withdrawl it to be told on live chat that the only way around it was to cancel my bonus so I did and the next day was told I could only have 20 pound because I was a non deposit er player so they've taken 60 quid off me just disappeared and now just had email saying in order to take the 20 they are want passport bank statements and a photo copy of my bank card I think not so please if anyone reading this do not be taken in with this site plus it's not just one site they have a group of them so try and catch you out with emails trying to get you to sign up

You get £10 free no deposit but if you win you have go spend the £10 free bonus before you can withdraw your winnings. So I won £27 and had £7 left in bonus so bought £7 worth of bingo tickets to get rid of the bonus so I could withdraw my winnings ,no it doesn't work like that, it just kept taking my winnings

Took 3 phone calls and 3 online chat sessions, they said basically you will never get your winnings and things like "SOZ for this" and having a go at me!!

Now they sorted this out I managed to withdraw my winnings. After 3 days I haven't received anything so emailed them and they want copy of passport, copy of bank card and bank statements but they said about 10 times, this isn't a tactic to stop people getting their winnings! Yeah right!

I will be reporting this company as I believe they are conning people im sure I will never see my winnings and I'm not prepared to give them my passport details and bank details

Luckily I've lost no money as the £10 was free to start with. Just feel sorry for people that put their money in and never see it again
