I RECEIVED MY CANVAS BROKEN. I have called and called and no one ever answers. Or you hold and then the calls disconnects. I have emailed twice with no response. I even took pictures and emailed then, so that they could see the shape the box arrived in and NOTHING. I am highly disappointed.

Fantastic Service, Quality And Value!

I purchased a Groupon for these canvases not sure what to expect. Upon receipt of my order I was thrilled to see such high quality work! The photos were clear and crisp and the canvases are beautiful. I wound up gifting only one of them and keeping the rest to hang in my home. With a new Grandson and a Disney Vacation in the recent past, I will definitely be ordering more in the not too distant future. Thanks CanvasOnSale!

Magic Mugs Weren't "magic" And If Poor Quality

Ordering my 3 Magic Mugs was difficult. When I uploaded my picture it appeared as it would look on the mug. But when I edited the picture the mug image didn't update, so it was very hard to crop a photo to fit perfectly. The mugs I received all had images clearly visible when at room temperature. They also had rough edges, bumps on the surfaces of them and were not identical in shape. Poor quality mugs with even poorer quality images. Highly disappointed, and would not recommend the Magic Mugs.

White Marks On Kids Faces And Dark Picture

I got my canvas today and I'm very upset at the quality, the picture came out dark and there are white marks on my kids faces. Also it did not come ready to hang like it was promised. It came with a bad of different screws and a string and I have no clue how to put it together. And there is a big crease near the top of it going almost the whole length. I'm not happy with it at all. I've been looking forward to getting this since I purchased it and it was a huge let down

Horrible Customer Service And Liars

I purchased 6 canvases thinking I was getting an amazing deal, and I come to find out I have to pay $9.99 shipping PER canvas,. This was a little frustrating, but not a deal breaker. I ordered 4 prints of my baby dressed as a Marine (like his daddy)well in advance of Fathers Day because my husband was deploying the day after. Once delivered, I got 3 the same day and the 4th I got the next day, however it was of some random couple standing in the sunset. Yes, they sent me someone else's print. When I wrote them upset, because I had assumed my picture had gone to someone else, they told me that mine was never printed and the one they sent me was just a test for coloring. (And perfectly stapled on a canvas and ready to go)... I found it really hard to believe that after the first three they sent me, the last one just wasn't printed. They messed up the shipping and that's all there is to it. They tell me to just throw away the one I got and they would reprint mine and send it "quicker" in order to be here by Fathers Day. That was 5 days they had. I sent it to my company so my husband wouldn't see it. It never got here Friday. Each time I wrote the company, they were rude and made it sound like it was no big deal. Then they tell me it was delivered Saturday but the business was closed so, essentially it was my fault. Fathers Day came, my husband deployed and the last canvas was not received until Monday afternoon. I requested free shipping on the last 2 I have, and they avoid the request and act like nothing was their fault. Not to mention their grammar is horrible. When I called they said they would handle it all through email and not over the phone. They need to understand that pictures are very personal and they cant just be sending other peoples pictures to random addresses and then act like it was no big deal, because the fact is, it is a big deal.

If It Sounds Too Good To Be True It Usually Is

I have never had such a bad experience with any retailer in my entire life. i will put the deceit and Foster at retirement aside for a moment and.directly into the problem. This could actually and honestly be a book that's how extensive this is but I'm going to condense it as small as I can so bear with me but it is important to read.

My first experience with them was I purchased 10 shirts for a 60 x 40 canvas from G******

Best canvas offered the 60 x 40" for $59.99 plus shipping. I bought so many because there was no limit and I just bought a new home 6000 ft.² and I had a lot of walls to cover. Good thing I didn't buy more because there was no limit. Their site says this they use the best quality and number one framing. They awful state this is museum quality product and left but lease guaranteed replacement if you choose.

I placed an order for five initially had to use separate cannot combine the shipping but the shipping change from what it says of $12.90 per order to 2499 per canvas if you're using a voucher!

So each piece wias now costing me $84.99, still not bad at all if you're actually getting a $560 piece of finished merchandise.

When the first five arrived at the open the large boxes and peeled back the bubblewrap my eyes were automatically drawn to the outer edges of the canvas. I should say most of my five had darker background mostly in a black or dark navy only one with multicolor but that doesn't allow for what I saw to be on one because it was dark and not light. There was an entire border around the exterior of the canvas which in turn was the woodframe showing right through.

That would not of been a problem if it was caused by light filtering through. The frame embedded its entire outline permanently into the almost paperthin canvas. As I lifted it up and placed it on the wall to see if it was if you noticeable, to my horror only became worse. Going across the center of the frame is a support bar it is a much wider and thick piece of wood more so than the frame itself. This also left it's permanent indentation in the fabric campus. As I'm running my finger over what you could feel was seared into the canvas I noticed the canvas started to move. And this was because only three and remained flush against the wall the fourth out it protruded a good 2 inches. When you press it against the wall one of the other three sides took its place and stuck out.

By the end of the night I had only two that were in somewhat decent shape. All of them had markings on the canvas from eitherThe bubble wrap being too tight when it was wrapped or while still in its production stage it laid face to face another service.

I wrote the company that evening he clearly said about the 48 hours for a reply because we enter do use in the order they are received blah blah blah blah. When the message arrived I was surprised to see the transmitted with the 12 hour difference in time and it was stamp and written in German. So this is a German based company with a phone center and I'll work center in the US. I had submitted all the photos of the spot it marks the unbalanced frame against the wall and all the other damage that was visible including the canvas now holding the outline of the frame.

In a very robotic type message there was no apology nor was there an explanation to why this took place. I had asked in my email why the frame with doing what it was doing. None of this was addressed just a simple we will replace your canvas for you mediately. A somewhat nice gesture, but wait one second hold your horses! I'd like to know before I go through this again or use my other ones that I purchased why does this happen with the frames why is this frame In a semi warped stage and why is this paperthin canvas wrapped so tightly to where there's no expansion room causing the frame to rub and lay against the campus all the time creating the seared in mark.

So yes, a nice gesture! Hopefully that would fix the fading and markings on it but that's not going to solve the other problem the main one. Well this took another four days to get a robotic message saying unfortunately the carrier a rough with packages they don't care and this is how your damage occurred.

There was no exterior damage whatsoever not even a mark on the outer boxes nor a disturbance in any of the bubblewrap telling me this happen in production which brings up another question why was this not seen in production and allowed to leave your warehouse.

And then I looked back to see the replacement canvas as in singular, I wrote you about three and included pictures of three not one. So now 72 hours later a reply comes in a third robotic message from the third robotic writer stating that the reviewing my situation and I' and included pictures of three not one. Any media message was returned stating that they look at the invoice it clearly showed only part I had to pay them was five individual 2499 shipping charges the rest was paid to the company for each voucher. These were voucher orders.

But still that's not of made a difference according to their policy you're entitled to replace but not stating only one if you have three bad why should you take one? well it was quite clear without them having to say so that this suppose it $560 museum quality piece would literally be over $1500 to replace three.

Not everyone understands that logic does not belong in the retail market because first of all this is no museum quality $560 piece of art so I had to prove it to myself and prove it to them but in the meantime they needed to replace my purchase a refund was not acceptable I wanted what I purchased , canvas! 60 x 45 on that day three of them they need to replace.

In the interim while they were deliberating on what to do I chose to take one of the canvas to the local college Art apartment and fortunate for me the individual who assisted me have 28 years in the art industry and was a professional craftsmen and framing so how better could it have been.

I left it there with him and urban next morning I received a text message to call him. He went on to tell me that the frame itself is a kit. When he remove some of the staples that held the canvas in place he immediately noticed the four corners were not Mike are together but were groved in together, huh? What did that mean?? Well a prefab frame is not craftsman work where there are mitred together this is more of a hobbyist or craftsman type project kit that you would put around the poster or something that your child made something inexpensive and something you would put on nothing larger than perhaps a

20 x 20 wow this was a 60 x 40. He went on to tell me the more framing that is used in a larger size without enough support you're going to get cracking the friends going to start to come apart where it connects and Jointed into together but the first indication is it will never be balanced on the wall you're always going to have at least one end protruding. And being a very inexpensive piece of wood likely it will start to warp in a matter of a few months depending on the exterior temperature.

So what happened to this best quality framing number one in the world framing that boasted about on their site.

But then he came to the fabric canvas itself. A very low to medium grade material usually sold in bulk a large rolls wow I said to myself that shown in the picture on their site! This is mainly used in our classes in college is or in studios or in companies marketing departments for their artist to put customers ideas in picture.. He stated in all his years he has never seen this used in the retail market. Not saying that it is but I surely wouldn't boast on the best made in the USA!

What else could it possibly be deceiving about? Well all these emails that come from the same three individual females are fake those names are just surnames that every employee uses when responding whether male or female so they don't even have the decency to tell you who they are why are you afraid to say who you are or to give your real name?

Why lie and say you have the best quality framing and look and material when you don't. Because you're coming to got most people not going to the extent that I did.

Total between all the sizes I purchased I ended up out of 20 canvas total in different sizes nine. Three of the nine are in really good condition so I give them thumbs up on that but the rest my purchases started mid April my problems started with the rifle on April 27 I still have what I purchased no replacements nothing my messages go unanswered so now I've made it my mission to let anybody else know what you think is a good deal doesn't always mean it is. So I read all these good reviews and I wondered and ask myself are they not looking and seeing any issues because I actually wrote on the blog and had 17 replies out of the 420 hits claiming to have the exact problem with their frames from this company and some even said the replacements were no better.

In closing let me say, if they could be this deceitful and everything else that I have proven how do we know they're not writing these wonderful reviews themselves companies have been known to do it and I put nothing past this group.

If you buy a lighter canvas it doesn't mean you don't have the same problems they're just not gonna show as much take a close look at what you have… Hopefully you don't experience what I did Best Canvas / Canvas On Sale even your name is deceitful, best LOL. This past weekend the carrier delivered to my home a large cardboard carton very familiar in sight.

I knew it could not be replacements for what they owed me definitely outnumbered one carton.

As the carton was opened I could see through the

bubblewrap unfamiliar prints but quickly noticed something else..

Yes it happened again broken picture frames!

In my mission to prevent other people from going through this ordeal with this company I apparently forgot to tell my sister.

My sister had placed an order with them for my birthday. This was a birthday gift !

So now there's two more to add to the stockpile and strengthen my quest against best canvas a.k.a. canvas on sale!
