When I first joined this site I thought maybe this one was actually going to be OK.... however I had a little win & decided to withdraw but since I withdrew its literally been nothing but dead spins!!!!

Accepted deposit but refused withdrawal . They wanted bank statements photograph's and video of personal details . They can keep the £30 . It's cheaper than compromising my personal details .

They took my money away and accused me of breaking some rules. What specific rules were not said. Unfortunately, screenshots are not allowed here.

This online casino site is an outrageous downright disgrace

I deposited £1000 and they provided a £500 bonus (note no "warning" about what this bonus actually means).

I then lost the whole £1,500.

Anyway then proceeded the next day to deposit a fresh £1,000 of my own funds. To see if I had some better luck. After some ups and downs. Ended up even. Then decided to call it a day and withdraw this £1,000

They refused to let me withdraw the £1,000 and swiped it from my account balance. Citing the fact that the terms and conditions of the "bonus" stipulate I need to wager an obscene amounts of bets (would be around £100k on blackjack ) before I could transfer winnings (of which there actually weren't any!!) To cash.

All I wanted is my second £1000 back.

It ultimately has become apparent to me that once I had hit yes to this bonus scheme. There was no way I was ever going to see any funds I ever deposited!

I will pursue this with all relevant authorities and update this site accordingly !
