Kept my winnings, followed the terms and they wrongly confiscated my winnings. Do not trust them at all. Have already reported them to the Gambling Commission. Now having to go through the ASA, ecogra.org and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) .

Spent lots of time emailing them, they promised to refer my case to management 8 days ago, and I've had nothing back at all.
