I voiced my concern about the sites unfairness by sending an email and it led to them shutting my account down after putting a lot of money into promotions.. you cannot argue with this company about fairness your just a small fish in there massive tank.. no wonder Richard Branson is so rich although his motto in life is if you work hard you will get what you deserve .. you could put blood sweat and tears in to this site and you will not be any better off believe me. After seeing adverts I at least thought Virgin would have a good poker game. I invested £10 of wasted money to get a £20 bonus. After seeing the poor software setup etc I tried to get my money back. When I first joined Virgin Games I thought it was a great site. I mostly play slots only and I had some good wins at the beginning. However, there has been a change and it is not my imagination. The gameplay has become very poor on a lot of the games - that is a lot of spins with either no return at all or very low return, mostly much lower than the stake amount. The bonus round and free spins don't occur very often either and if they do the pay out is low. I even had free spins that paid out nothing at all. I understand gambling is a case of winning some and losing some, I don't expect to win all the time, I am not naïve. Nevertheless, I don't expect to constantly lose either, no-one's luck is that bad and if, as they say, all the games are random they should throw up some winnings now and again. When I contacted Virgin to voice my concerns I was quickly told nothing on the site had changed, all the games were random and that the site was fully regulated. I was also told to take a break if I wasn't enjoying my time on the slots and that it was an "entertainment" site and I should not expect to win all the time. I had closed a checking account that I had on file because of fraudulent use. Virgin Casino said I couldnt remove any accounts and that they where well protected.

Guess what they are not. Somehow someone out there was able to figure out how to use that account through the Certegy Check Service who was funding them. In return my bank was denying them funds because of the closed account, but they Certegy Service kept supplying them with money before notifying my bank, so now this falls on me.

The poker is terrible. There's 4 players who all have an amount in their box. When you get knocked out, it reveals how much you could have won, Which is nearly always a tasty amount, when you win, it always seems to be the minimum, double your stake.

If these lot (and Jackpotjoy, Starspins, all the same company) are properly regulated then i'm a Chinaman. No doubt with the money they rake in from the fixed games they can easily afford to bung the regulator a few quid to keep em sweet.

If you manage to get a decent win as a new player, TAKE IT, WITHDRAW IT AND DO NOT RETURN. Once you reach a certain loss level to them (ie profit for you) your account will be switched to a different system and you will LOSE CONSTANTLY I guarantee it. Games that paid out reasonably well before will take your money faster than a dodgy prostitute, refusing to pay out even moderate amounts. Its obvious they target people who think increasing the stake the game will continue to pay out, WRONG! Hilariously they bang on about 'responsible gaming' while offering up to £200 a spin!
