I bought a better from this seller for my mac book pro back in April. The battery arrived and seems dot work fine, up until yesterday. Its now August 17th. The battery now won't even hold a charge and goes from 100% to the machine shutting down automatically in less than 5 minutes.

It lasted roughly 120 days. Avoid at all costs. They aren't even UK based, they are in China, even though they style the website to look like they are in the UK.

i got a battery 2012 was under 3 year warrenty ,there was a phone number on there site at that time i ordered over the phone . 2 years 9 mths later phoned for new battery replacement under warrenty i noticed the phone number was gone .Emailed them they denied it was them i got it from they said we dont do sales over the phone it couldnt be us u bought it from i explained u had a phone number in 2012 on your site but they denied it i wasnt given a order number they kept saying it wasnt couldnt have been them i bought it from them as they r in hong kong i said i bought it over the phone but they r just denying it saying we never had no phone sales back then but they definately did .I came on here saw all the other reveiws and i realise what they are .They treid to sell me another one saying u could buy one from us i explained it was definatley them i got it from already i told them no way would i ever buy from them again and would go to reputable retailer .OF course i see most of u yours only lasted 6 mnths so i suppose i was lucky it lasted 2 years 9 mths but would never trust this company again .

I bought a MacBook battery from them in June 2014 (order ID: 518779626). It did not last 6 months before it stopped holding charge and one of the cells expanded to such an extent I could not use the trackpad. I wrote to the company requesting a RMA number and replacement and have heard nothing from them. Do NOT use this company. I have had to go out and buy another battery from Amazon.

Pathetic service customer sevice totally useless dont buy from this comany you have been warned

Looking through other reviews it appears that I too have been taken in believing that this organisation was a UK company. I became suspicions once my order was accepted, a follow up e mail informed me that stocktaking was taking place until 6 Feb 14 having placed order 28 Jan 14. I received my order 12 Feb 14. It was a replacement battery that I have fitted today. Following protracted e mails with the company in an attempt to chase up my order, the tracking reference supplied by the company appeared not to be recognised by the transport company (Hermes). I will not order from this company again. I will see how the battery performs!

BOUGHT A BATTERY 1ST AUG IT HAS LASTED 6MTHS WHEN CONTACTED I WAS TOLD TO SEND THE BATTERY BACK TO CHINA SO THEY COULD REPAIR IT. SO MUCH FOR 3YRS WARRANT AND THEY CLAIM TO OUT LAST THE LIFE OF AN ORIGINAL BATTERY THE ORIGINAL BATTERY WAS 6 YRS OLD AT LEAST YOU THINK YOU ARE DEALING WITH A UK COMPANY BUT YOU AREN'T

First battery arrived with damaged casing, Replaced quickly - good.

Second battery lasted 6 months. I was told to return it to an address in China by surface mail. Went to the Post office to send it - 2 months delivery time. While filling in the customs advice note - battery listed on the form - I was advised that lithium batteries can no longer be sent through the Post Office. told batteries-mall and the reply was " well, other people do"

I ordered Toshiba CPU FAN V000210960, they send me totally wrong one, after that I send it back and I still waiting the money. Also they are not UK company, the part ordered was produced in China( not as advertised), so I'll not recommend this website to my friend and to my enemies also.

Received a faulty battery, not from them, but from an existing customer looking for a refund. Seems they impersonated me to avoid having to ship anything and to part another person of their money.

Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a replacement Laptop battery from this company as they considerably undercut official Dell spares. I also believed them to be UK based, their website is very convincing - how wrong I was! The order took an absolute age to arrive and when it did it was faulty. I contacted them by e-mail for a refund only to be told that I should return the £50 plus battery to them in CHINA by surface post so that they could check it out. I think not! Do not be deceived, this company is not UK based, although the item arrived by courier from a UK depot - they won't disclose their UK address for returning items! Surprise surprise.

To sum up - an expensive lesson learned, do not under any circumstances believe the reviews on their website and do not order anything from this organisation - instead pay the full price for manufacturer's parts, these prices are too good to be true! You have been warned.
