Hobbylinc just sux! Its been a month and still no models. The package came to my city and then went back to them and now they say i am just not going to get my models and they are keeping my $28. So unamerican! I think they are communist or maybe aligned with the european union or worse .... Heugonots! Ive emailed them 3000 times called on my flip fone. Just go to hobbylobby. At least they are merely homophobic. God bless America and curses to hobbylinc

Hobbylinc made a revision in my order and got the desired product to my home much faster than any reasonable person could expect. Great service, great prices. I guess that's why I order from this company all the way across the USA from where I live.

I don't know of an online purveyor that does more to encourage customer involvement. Hobbylinc allows its registered customers to provide product ratings and reviews, and allows modelers to post images of their work. That's cool enough, but Hobbylinc rewards bonus points (that can be applied to purchases) for modelers who participate. As for service: top notch. Prices are always competitive compared to other online hobby stores. Orders are processed and shipped efficiently and quickly. Hobbylinc tops my list.

I live in Canada and bought several items online from hobbydinc.com.

The cost of my order (already sent) was given in American dollars. I asked in an e-mail if they could give me the cost in Canadian dollars. Someone from Hobbydinc said they didn't have that information and I would have to work out the exchange rate myself. I've made many purchases from online vendors in foreign countries and this is the first time I was told the vendor is unable to figure out the exchange rate for an international purchase. Also, Hobbydinc seems unable to determine shipping costs for international orders. It's up to the customer to figure that out as well. Lazy, inept and rude customer service.

Having several excellent hobby shops in my area, I decided to give Hobbylink a chance by ordering a model car kit. First I was surprised that this specific Item was in stock. then, the price was very reasonable and to top it off, the shipping was as advertised. Efficient and it allowed me to track it until it arrived. I received it ahead of schedule. overall a very good and pleasing experience. Should I need this service again, I would not heisted. I can recommend Hobbylink to any hobbyist. Thank you.

I personally shop for model train items, and I can say that for that hobby, this is the place to shop. Prices are consistently competitive, and the Hobbylinc staff allow you to earn points redeemable towards future purchases by creating reviews, and posting photos, of the items you purchase. Overall, I'd highly recommend this company to anyone with a hobby that hobbylinc sells items for.

My latest shipment was filled in a timely manner but unfortunately USPS problems on my end resulted in a tracking status of "undeliverable, will return to sender." I believed the USPS status literally and immediately contacted them to report the package was being returned. They responded to my panic quickly, saying that they suspected that the USPS had it and would try again. They told me not to worry, I would get my order one way or the other. Luckily, it didn't have to be 'the other.' As predicted, it was on the USPS truck, although it took some intervention from my wife to get the carrier to find it. I have always had good luck with Hobbylinc and whole heartedly recommend them.
