Been a long time customer of Modelsport even as far back as when I was a kid playing with radio controlled cars I remember buying lots from them. Fast forward 22 odd years and still the same great service and helpful people on the other end of the phone. Highly recommended.

The charger I received was faulty

I wrote to them and they wanted me to send the charger back to them. I asked if there was any other options because shipment was £30 (I live in Denmark).

They wanted me to take pictures of the fault... I took a short video and showed the fault. The day after they returned to me and wrote that they would send me a new charger!

Brought rc car not even one month old and it has broken so contacted modelsport and they told me that i need to buy the part that has broken! UNBELIEVABLE

I bought a Traxxas RC truck for my son, after 6 weeks of use the pinion gear failed. Modelsport UK have tried their best to avoid replacing this, claiming the part was "out of stock" and sending a pattern part that would not fit. They are all smiles when you are spending a lot of money, but when there is a problem their attitude changes completely. In my opinion do not buy from this store.

I bought a Hong Nor ULTRA LX-2 from Modelsport UK and received excellent service throughout the process. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient and freindly and my car arrived the next day! Would recommend to anyone.
