A morally reprehensible company. They advertised a washer dryer for sale knowing they did not have it in stock, they then took my £844 and sent me a different model. How dare they decide on what model to send me. I have 3 children without any means to wash their clothes and they will not refund my money (to buy a new machine) until they have collected the machine I didn't order. They are still advertising the model they don't have on their website so beware. I have also been charged £45 by a plumber for the false call out. This company has no morals.

I had contacted Buywise after I made two attempts with two other big online retailers (as they have let me down with delivery dates without stock availability) I had initially ordered the Bosch WAT28371GB (which has now been discontinued). I was completely devasted and had to shop around again to find out that Bosch had introduced a new version WAT28370GB which costs almost £80.00. But after a long conversation (crying out in dispair) with someone from Buywise- She gave me a very attractive price (for the newer Bosch) and the delivery was free! She even slotted my delivery in for the same weekend (3 days). AMAZING!!! Loving the machine- does exactly what she explained! Ps... It does 90-degree wash!!

After a series of unpleasant phone calls with Boots Kitchen Appliances I decided to buy my fridge at Buywise of Banbury, and I'm so glad I did. My fridge is great (recommended by Which?), the staff were charming and helpful, the order arrived bang on time and they do free delivery! They also price match with their competitors. I will buy all my white goods from Buywise from now on. Thank you in particular to Amie in Customer Services for all her help.

I purchased a wardrobe through Buywise Domestics and the whole process was extremely disappointing. I ordered the item and gave them the instructions to leave in the porch, this information then failed to reach the delivery driver who just didn't bother to drop it off (nowhere to put it apparently). No one contacted me and in the end I had to find out myself where it was. I then had to wait another week for the item to be delivered.

Once the item had been delivered, we opened the box to see to one of the panels had the incorrect holes in it and even a split at the top. I rang the store explaining this, I then got accused of being wrong saying the panel should be right and that they would ring back giving technical advice - which never happened. As I didn't want to wait for a return call I went ahead and had to drill my own holes. The item got put together but it is unstable due to the split.

The only answer the management could give is a replacement panel... after it had been put together. I then asked if there could be a part refund due to the poor quality of the product and terrible customer service. This then got rejected and they offered items "at a discount" in the future. Their idea of discount is between 1% of the original value, where I could still source it online for cheaper and actually get some decent customer service and a product that gets delivered and in good condition.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING THEY DELIVER, JUST AVOID... UNLESS YOU WANT BROKEN FURNITURE AND WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

My washing machine was delivered, as promised, early this morning which meant my morning was not disrupted - Thank You. The delivery man was great, very helpful and persistent in overcoming what could have been obstacles. He is a credit to your team.

I shall certainly use you when I next have to replace an appliance.

I spoke to the owner and got really helpful advice about products, brands and service. I needed the washing machine urgently and got the delivery the same day and at internet price. Great local asset. Thanks.

Buywise had a great selection of quality products on display. The staff were very helpful and had the required product knowledge to help me make an informed decision. The dryer was delivered within 5 working days, at the agreed time, what a refreshing change! The delivery guys were in and out of the house like an SAS squad with no collateral damage and all packaging removed. The price was very competitive and I could not fault the service. I've already recommeded Buywise to a work colleague.

The Bosch Washing Machine I ordered was cheaper at Buy Wise than anywhere else and it included free delivery! I got a call to say when it would be delivered and it arrived as planned. Really pleased and thank-you Buy Wise

Wanted a large American style Fridge/Freezer and were guided to this site from the Which? Magazine, as they had their Best Buy product at the lowest price. Telephoned to ask and the following day called back with some other questions, both members of staff are fabulous to deal with. Took the time to research a little more about the model I was after and called me back. Extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely be buying from them.
