Sell Seconds Beware! Terrible Customer Service!
Kettle they sent was faulty, it stopped working within three weeks. Was sent threatening emails stating that I would be charged if it wasn't faulty. Received no apology. I had to contact them after two weeks to see what was going on and was told the item was now out of stock and they have raised a refund, again no apology received. And this was from the customer services manager! I have since tried to contact him and he is just ignoring my emails.First and last time I will be using them.

Buyer Beware!!
This company breaks the law by refusing to refund money on faulty goods. They have my faulty AEG Rapido Hand Vacuum broke down after 2 months!! They wont entertain my legal right to have a refund. I am guessing that they have old stock to clear and perhaps refunds are a problem to their accounts. In any event DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE GOING TO BE BULLIED INTO DOING THINGS THEIR WAY - NOT THE LEGAL WAY..
I stand by what I said almost 3 YEARS AGO!
I did get a refund btw by contacting their CEO - persistence pays off when dealing with bad companies.

Your actually only entitled to a refund in the first 30 days. Within the first 6 months of an item going faulty the company is entitled to 1 attempt to repair it. If the same fault occurs again within the first 6 month you are then entitled to a refund. There are to many people interpreting the law to suit themselves

Purchased a Dualit Toaster from this inept company. Toaster faulty, dangerous. Customer service terrible, not bothered, It has now been over a year, left without my £120 toaster. They also attempt to mislead you regarding your consumer rights.
This company does not care has no morals
