Order Cancelled So They Could Jack Up The Price

Ordered a laptop on Amazon - ordered cancelled because they can't deliver to my address - central Leeds, no issues EVER receiving parcels. Alternative address required, so I went to re-order - same item now more expensive, 3 days later.. Just playing games to make more cash. Avoid.

Absolute Garbage Company

Ordered tablet via Amazon. The unit had a cover with integrated plug in keyboard. Some of the keys didn't work so I contacted D2DeK and asked for a replacement. They responded by requesting my Amazon order no which I duly sent them. Then they asked me to bear with them while they sorted it out. Since then they haven't responded at all to any of the several emails I have sent them over the last few months. Don't touch this S(c)UM company with a bargepole

Faulty Headphones - Forget Repair Or Replace

Bought headphones and returned when they proved to be faulty. Email response was to post back to them. Since then 50 or 60 emails but no response about repairing or replacing. In 40 years I have dealt with 000s of companies and this has to be the WORST. Next step for me is to get Trading Standards to close them down although no doubt they will re-emerge as something else. DO NOT USE this company unless you believe the product will perform as you would expect it to and therefore would never have to contact them again.

Gangsters!!!

Orderd 2 kids tablets at beginning of September through Go Groopie and despite promises from the company have never received these items. They have lied on several occasions and now refuse to answer my emails. They have literally stolen my money!!!!! Please do not deal with them. Cannot understand how they are allowed to continue trading as there are so many negative reviews.

Do Not Use D2d!!!!!

Annoyed does not even come close. NEVER use this company. I ordered a gift for my step son weeks ago. Have sent about 30 emails, been hung up on repeatedly over the phone and given fake tracking numbers for royal mail. I am almost positive its going to be a fight to get my refund. Absolutely gutted.

Avoid!!!

Ordered 2x tablets which I still haven't received,got through on phone was told they were dispatched never received. Called back up was told they would send another 2 got tracking number only to find out tracking number wasn't recognisable. Have called back every time I give my name and address they hang up. Shocking customer service definitely AVOID this so called COMPANY!!!

Worst Company Ever

This company were late at sending my tablet and as much as I emailed them heard nothing but excuses then when jr come it was the wrong colour accessories then they have sent me a email that has been send to my iPhone 9565 times its jamming my iPhone and will take hours and hours to delete them all. Worst thing I ever did was think I got a bargain through wowcher for a tablet of this company as it's not been worth the hassle at all!!!

Worst Company Ever

Please do not buy from this company, I purchased a tablet after it broke the first time, I was sent a replacement and it was already broken when I received it. They failed to offer me a refund and now having to go through my bank!

Do Not Buy From This Company!!!!

Not happy with this company!!!

Purchased a tablet with keyboard and headphones.

Product was faulty so returned the product.

Been waiting ages for my new returned product to come back and guess what nothing!!!

Called on Friday promised a call back, a ticket opened, promised item would be delivered Saturday before 1pm.

Called Monday, no one has contacted me and product wasn't received. Promised another call back for 4pm.

Waited for call and still no call so tried to cal back and kept getting cut off the line so called this morning demanding to speak to a manager and wanting to know where my product is still no answers as to why my product has not turned up and promised a call back by a manager at 11am.

Guess what.....still no call back!!!

Trying to call now and keep cutting cut off.

I am on a pay as you talk landline this is costing me a lot of money and this company has no respect for customers time money etc!!!!

Do Not Buy From D2d. Appalling Customer Service

Using a Wowcher voucher, I purchased a Zaith tablet from D2D. This tablet has been faulty since it was received in early December. I bought it as a Christmas present for my husband. We were away for three weeks in December but have been contacting D2D regarding this since December 28th.

I have sent numerous emails, and have also raised the complaint many times via a ticket on the D2D website. I have kept copies of all emails and website complaint messages. After many messages to and from D2D they refused to refund my money but offered to replace the tablet. I agreed to a replacement, and posted the tablet to them on Tuesday 12th January by recorded delivery at a cost of £4.40..It was received by them on Wednesday 13th and signed for by EZZA. I did not receive a new tablet, and in the early hours of Sunday 17th I had an email from them to say the matter was CLOSED.

I again sent a complaint by raising a ticket on Tuesday 19th asking them to contact me urgently. They did not respond.

I have contacted Wowcher, she has emailed D2D twice asking them to deal with my complaint.

Following last week's messages to D2D, I received yet another email from them on February 8th, informing me the ticket status has again been changed to CLOSED. No goods have been received from them.

This has gone on long enough, and I am not prepared to wait any longer for the matter to be resolved, D2D are obviously not prepared to deal with my complaint. The tablet they supplied was faulty from the start, and after about 6 weeks stopped working altogether. I posted it back to them 4 weeks ago, and to date have not received a replacement, or offer of a refund.

I have now bought a new tablet from another company, and wish for a full refund of the money paid to Wowcher for these goods. The total amount is £73.49, including £58 for the tablet, £9.99 charged for p&p, and a further £4.40 for postage when I sent the goods back to them on January 12th.

I notice Wowcher are still offering goods on their website for D2D

New tablet has just arrived from D2D at last after six weeks of complaining. Higher spec than the faulty one I returned four weeks ago. I have already bought a new tablet from Argos, so will keep this as a spare.

After complaining on various social media sites, yesterday afternoon I received a phone call from D2D. She promised a replacement tablet will be on it's way to me within 48 hours. Will wait and see if it arrives before commenting further!
