Very happy with my battery's. My new phone is now supper.

Brand new item in box marked 2Power. Okay when new, after 2 months will not hold charge, lasts for about 2 days compared to 5 year old original battery which lasts over 4 days. Poor value and a poor buy, customer service okay. Refund refused, replacement will be tried, it might be better than the first, will see and report back.

I placed an order with them on 14th Sept and received an order confirmation. I then heard nothing from them for a week. When I emailed them they said 'there had been a problem with the payment' (paypal). So why did no-one contact me? No explanation. They then gave me a number to call which didn't exist and when trying the other numbers available they kept going to voicemail. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. The customer service rep corresponding clearly couldn't care less. What a complete and utter waste of my time. I ended up paying £2 more for the product from another, reliable marketplace.

I needed a spare battery for my Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W130 camera. Taking so many snaps, the main battery was being recharged most of the time. When not forgetting to recharge it. I usually buy original battery , but this time thought of trying something a little cheaper. Searching the web got really worried there are some really cheap batteries, it was too god to be true.

That's when I remembered duracelldirect, I bought some AAs and AAAs on special offer. Surprisingly, they also have Duracell branded replacement for Sony NP-BG1 battery. Brilliant.

Seeing as I had purchased before, I was very happy to order through this website. The price was not as low as some of the others I found online but they were not Duracell brand. The website also mentioned much longer warranty than my original Sony battery. So, just to check I called them (they have a telephone number). I was able to speak to a fellow human being and yes they do offer a 3 year warranty. I love Duracell. The delivery was free as well.

The delivery turned up on time. The battery was in a plastic shell thingy, which was sealed and more importantly it worked. I did have to charge it overnight but I was warned about this when I called initially.

As I write, the battery is still working. Well if I need any other batteries then there is now only one place to check. If only all websites provided this sort of service.

Came across this site, DuracellDirect, when searching for a replacement battery. The website showed the capacity of the battery higher than the one I had, so called them up and the sales person explained and confirmed that it will work in my laptop. Also, asked me to call back if there was any problems.

I ordered online, with the confidence that they are reachable on the phone. Got it next day as well. Brilliant service.

Laptop battery is fine and works without any problems. It also runs a little longer between charges.

Excellent service, reasonable price, free delivery = happy customer.

Also noticed that they do a lot of digital camera batteries and accessories, so will be stopping by this site very soon again!
