I ordered a helium cannister to inflate up to 50 balloons for my friend's daughter's 18th birthday party (to be delivered directly to her, as we live in different cities). the description gave me confidence that I was ordering a full cannister, next day delivery promised for 18/06/24. Received an email stating that delivery had been delayed a day (no explanation as to why was given), the cannister arrived at my friend's house on the 19/06/24. My friend didn't go to inflate any balloons at the venue until the day of the party (22/06/24), only to find that the cannister was completely empty and also had a hole/puncture in it with rust stains around it - meaning it had to have been like that for some time (we have photos to prove this). Our friend was very distraught as she had to run around on the day of the party trying to find helium for the balloons. We were made aware of the issue when we arrived at the party. We have only just got back home and upon checking the "Party Delights" website, I find that their entire website has changed its look and now state that helium cannisters are non refundable, the images of the cannisters have been removed and there are banners across the top stating that it is a "test site/demo store and no orders will be fulfilled", the site's whole look has changed completely and no longer looks professional, leading me to believe that this is a sham site. I feel extremely angry and let down by this company, not only for the fact that I can't leave a bad review on their site ( If you look at their reviews on TrustPilot you will see that I am not alone in this experience. Don't look at Feefo - they only invite reviews from people where they have delivered OK, and you can't submit a review on Feefo without being invited by the company to do so. Funnily enough I never received an invitation!). but I also seemingly can't get a refund for the item I purchased in good faith and did NOT receive, AND for my friend, whose daughter's 18th birthday party was made a LOT more stressful than it needed to be!! Shame on this company - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!

Ordered items for halloween party on Wednesday 25.10.23. Paid £8.95 for next day delivery. After contacting them was advised on Friday 27.10.23 regarding item hadn't arrived, was advised it would arrive on Saturday 28.10.23. After contacting them again, was advised it wouldn't arrive until the day before Halloween on 30.10.23. They hook you in with the next day delivery, fail to meet this delivery date, keep pushing back the delivery date in the hope that the customer will still keep the purchase. If I had known the delivery date wouldn't be for 5 days, I would have left the website immediately and looked elsewhere. Really poor, do not buy from this website.

I made an order from this company, with delivery to be made direct to the owner of the party venue. I ordered in plenty of time, but they never turned up. I called their customer service (one lady I spoke to was pleasant, the other rude and untruthful).

First they said that the delivery address did not exist (untrue), then they said that the delivery company had tried to deliver but the package was not delivered because the addressee was not known at that address. Now it is not possible for both of those to be true is it?

It then became clear that they had put my name on the package, not the venue owner - the very rude lady at Party Delights said that this is because I hadn't put the name in properly on PayPal. This is completely and utterly untrue, and I have the records to prove it. Partydelights first said I would have to wait for the products to get back to them before they could redispatch (way too late and unacceptable), then they wanted to charge me again (also unacceptable), but finally agreed to send replacements by overnight courier. However they still just stuck them in the post with Royal Mail. I was lucky that Royal Mail delivered in time, but Partydelights is a dreadful company. If you look at their reviews on TrustPilot you will see that I am not alone in this experience. I found party delights on line and what a fantastic site with a wide range of products. I ordered lots of things for our 2 year olds birthday including loads of helium balloons and a helium cylinder. After i placed my order i looked for reviews which i usually do before hand but had not this time and so a few bad reviews so was a bit nervous however they arrived on time on the Thursday before the weekend of his birthday, so saturday night we get the balloons and the cylinder out to blow them all up and guess what - the helium cylinder is empty! What a joke - when dealing with childrens parties you should get your act together - never again will i order form this site and advise others to read this review and be warned - as disappointment with this company is like Russian roulette - i should have searched for reviews before i ordered!! We are now rushing out to Toys r us to get a new cylinder as soon as they open tomorrow morning - stick to reputable brands!
