Flowers Were Not Delivered

The flowers were not delivered. I called and asked why, and they said the receiver had changed the date. This is not true, I ordered the flowers for personal use, and i never changed anything about that order! So they wanted to then deliver them the next day, but they were simply not delivered. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with them. I was about 1.5h on the phone with them, including about 45 minutes of being on hold. Then they said they will deliver them the next day (so 2 days late in total) and I said that by then I do not need them anymore, i needed them now. SO they agreed to delivering them on that they. However, after I hung up on the phone, i received an email from them saying they cancelled the delivery altogether now and were not delivering the flowers at all.

This is absolutely unacceptable from their behalf.

I used this site for the first time to send two Christmas bunches to my family and they arrived without a card and more or less dead!

Mothers Day Disaster

I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 6th - Mother's Day - and received a confirmation email. The money was debited from my account and I sat back and relaxed safe in the knowledge that my Mother's Day gift was sorted. Fast forward to March 16th and the flowers still have not arrived. There has been no explanation as to why they have not arrived. I have spent more than an hour on hold trying to get through to the customer service department with no success. I have tried live chat multiple times with no response. The emails I have sent have been met with an automated response stating I will receive an answer soon. To date I have had no response. So I am out of pocket the cost of the flowers plus I have to live with the fact that my mother received nothing on Mother's Day. A fact which is doubly heartbreaking since I live in Australia so couldn't even visit on Mother's Day. Worst company I have ever used and will never ever use them again.

As a side note I find it very interesting that I can no longer find their facebook page despite posting a request for information last week.

Mothers Day Disappointment!!

I ordered a Hydrangea gift bag for my mum for mothers day as it said it could be planted in the garden to continue growing...what a brilliant gift....trouble is my mum received a rose instead! May sound nice but here's the problems

1) she hates roses

2) it's an indoor only plant

3) I was not informed that there were any problems with the Hydrangea, hence the reason for sending a rose

Having emailed various different address I still haven't received any form of reply nearly a week later!

I would not recommend this company to anyone and will definitely not be using them again!

Lovely Flowers Not So Good Customer Service

I ordered flowers for my mum paid extra for add ons which were not delivered but paid for ... flowers were beautiful and delivered when requested. Emailed the company regarding the missing product but have had no response.

Only thing is the website was down today and I would of ordered another bunch for Mother's Day

Lied About Changing The Address To The Right One

For Flowerfete I mistakenly put the wrong address on the order when I realised I emailed straight after ordering a full 48 hours before delivery. I sent 2 emails just in case they never got the first one. I rang their office when they did not email back. I spoke to a girl who told me it was no problem to change to the right address and my flowers would be delivered to the right one she even repeated the right address back to me. She assured me she would change the address and my flowers would be delivered. All lies and I am out of pocket with useless flowers and when I asked if they could re deliver them they told me there's nothing they could do. The guy I spoke to knew nothing about the company at all and kept me hanging on the phone fumbling about for 45 mins. Worse than terrible service. Don't use them they are an awful money grabbing company!

Avoid!!

Discount code entered and accepted, then full price taken from my card. Email to customer service totally ignored. Flowers bore no resemblance to photo, and were in poor condition. Would never use again, and would not recommend.

I Wish I Could Give 0 Stars!

The worst service I have ever had. I ordered my flowers for my mum on Mothers Day - the flowers that arrived were different from the picture, the chocolates ordered with it never arrived and the delivery date was wrong. I contacted them straight away and from March and have been disgusted at the service. I have had to ask them for the third time why I still haven't received the refund they were meant to issue me from March. I would not recommend them!

Never Use Again

My daughter and son ordered flowers to be sent to me for my birthday. They arrived only to find a lily bud already dropped off and the stems not in the damp cloth used to keep them fresh. There was approximately 9o% green flowers and foliage, the two carnations were virtually dead and the rest looked very tired. My daughter complained, Flowerfete did not reply to her e-mail, and she had to phone. Poor customer service Today, two weeks later a new bouquet arrived. More colour and they look fresher.
