A £4.99 Bouquet From Lidl Is More Superior To A £35 Bouquet
Here are some images of an expensive bouquet from Prestige Flowers against a cheap Lidl £4.99 bouquet which was purchased on the day before the Prestige Flowers bouquet was even sent. The Lidl bouquet is markedly healthier, fresher, and of superior quality compared to the bouquet I received late last evening. I find it concerning that a company like Prestige Flowers, which charges £35 for a bouquet of flowers of this poor standard, is in appallingly worse condition than a budget supermarket brand like Lidl. I believe that any reputable organisation would be mortified by this and strive to adhere to better morals and services. Why is a Lidl bouquet that is older than an allegedly fresh, costly bouquet so much healthier? I urged Prestige Flowers to start an investigation into this matter, since it is a significant cause for concern.
This was not only delivered late, but the bouquet had obviously been left in transit for several days, during which it would have obviously diminished. Hence why I have received what I have.
Buyers beware that Prestige Flowers only offered a partial refund for this, and naturally it is only fair to expose this to any potential customers so to prevent people being taken victim by this unscrupulous company.
The manager has a phone but is unable to take calls for reasons yet to be disclosed. The company first tried to offer a measly £5 credit as compensation, despite having been shown photos comparing them to a cheap £4.99 bouquet from Lidl. False advertising such as this is almost as bad as stealing, but I suppose customers should expect no less than disreputable company.
I will be pursuing appropriate avenues to prevent others falling victim to this company and exposing their unscrupulous practices as a business.

Christmas Order
Ordered flowers as a Christmas gift. Triple checked address and delivery date. They sent them out immediately. Contacted customer service. Advice was to contact Parcelforce and rearrange delivery. Great advice leave flowers a the Parcelforce depot for a month then have them delivered out. Worse customer service I've ever had. Will no longer be using this company. Wish I'd read the reviews before using.

Terrible Service And Customer Service Team
Ordered them from here as they advertise next day delivery. THEY DO NOT. They can arrive within a five day window (in small print in their terms and conditions). This was a very sad birthday due to loosing family members and I was trying to cheer my sister up. I called and the woman on the phone just repeated "in our terms and conditions" - but you have to search for this.
I will NEVER use this company again - wish you could give negative stars!

Never Again Prestige Flowers
I have ordered with Prestige Flowers for delivery in London, to an address that I had already before sent flowers with Prestige Flowers. This time the flowers were not delivered because the address could not be found!!! After a few days I inquired with Prestige Flowers and was told that this was not their problem but that of the delivery company to which Prestige Flowers had outsourced the delivery. Upon my inquiry whether I would get a refund of the full £38.48 I was told that I could get £10!!!
Conclusion: Prestige Flowers never delivered the flowers, not even with a delay, and refused to refund the money that they cashed in without fulfilling the contract.
I cannot recommend anybody to use Prestige Flowers for the above reasons. Totally unreliable. I regret that I did not check out earlier reviews concerning Prestige Flowers but I could not imagine that any company would act in such a manner.

An Abysmal Service.
An abysmal service. I ordered flowers, a card and chocolates for our wedding anniversary.
The card came soggy from a leakage from the flowers. The chocolates were some random inferior product, not even the Pralines we had ordered.
Then the flowers were old-looking to start with, the roses in particular looked very sad.
I complained to customer services and was asked to take photos from several angles which I did happily to show the state of the flowers. I was also asked to take the "guard petals" off the roses and wait as apparently, they were the cause of the roses looking old. They suggested that I follow the care guide which I did, (we buy flowers fairly often so we know what we are doing (though it is the first time buying from these clowns).
After a week the roses have not opened and everything is ready for the bin. (see photo, day 8).
They have refused to give a refund and keep implying that our care of the flowers is not very good. Very difficult "customer service". I will not buy from these unprofessionals again. I suggest you look elsewhere too.

I get the feeling that their website is highly praised, but not much praise is given to the quality of their flowers, delivery or service when something goes wrong. Have they ever accepted responsibility for disappointing their customers?
I have used them a few times and the online process is great. We have had the odd flower not last very long, but never a bad bunch. This Valentine's I order flowers for my wife to be delivered to her work, but she then took the day off. I called five days before (the first time I realised!) and was told that the flowers had already been boxed, labelled and sent to the post office so it was too late to do anything!!!!
