Avoid at all costs! Impossible to use. Give people cash as gifts and do not give them the stress of using (not using) these gift cards. They are totally misleading and have zero flexibility. Customer support blamed the retailer for not explaining that these cards have to be used in store and cannot be used online and refused to let me complain! Horrendous experience. Zero stars. Do not risk purchasing one.

Love2Shop is a horrible shopping experience. I would advise anyone considering using this company please don't. I received a £250 gift card that expired Feb 23 and I tried to use it before the end of the expiration date and it was impossible. When I phoned customer service they told me it had expired as it was bought through a company, I would lose the £250. If I could give this company 0 Stars I would. I don't think this is in line with the FCA rules.

Awful compay to deal with - terrible customer service - not accepted as widely as they say - impossible to pay with this card for goods worth more.

Please be careful when buying love2shop vouchers for a holiday. Our family gave us £300 vouchers to pay towards a holiday for our 50th birthday. When booking the holiday through love2shop a commission fee of £70 was deducted. We would have been far better off receiving £300 in cash

Not having a John Lewis store within 30miles I decided to buy a gift card on line. I chose Love2shop because there was free postage and a free card

which could be personalised at no extra cost. It was easy to order and I

received exactly what I had ordered in three working days. Would highly recommend this company.
