All the bad reviews elsewhere are true, bogus web links, no communication...false delivery notifications sent out....if its not a bad enterprise then it is so badly run that it may as well be....I am so far down the line with investigating the company that even if the wine turns up I will be returning it so that I can carry on finding out what they are up to....I have a list of all the previous directors and their companies and they have all been struck off in the last few years....seems to form a pattern.

I ordered 12 bottles of wine and only 9 received. Kept promising a refund which never arrived, then continually ignored email messages. I even opened a case with Paypal as was getting nowhere, but they somehow didn't see fit to award in my favour so doubly annoyed. Hard lesson learnt - read customer reviews before shopping online with someone you've not used before!!

over 5 weeks since placing an order for wine.

i attempted to email regularly, asking when i would receive my order.

i was told 3 times it had been dispatched and would be with me at the end of the week.

eventually the 'penny dropped' and i realised they had no intention of fulfilling the order.

so i asked for a refund, that was when communication stopped completely.

no wine, no refund.

i don't know how these people manage to sleep at night, they have obviously been trading this way, for a long time, and they get richer by the day, taking our hard earned cash, with no intention of supplying the goods.

I am a novice when it comes to wine and was searching for one I had previously liked and found it a wine deals direct for at a reasonable price inc delivery, so I ordered 6 bottles online. Delivered within time frame given on website. Well packaged. Would recommend to family and friends.

I stumbled upon this company purely by happy accident but I'm not letting them out of my sights now. An excellent company with great prices and superb customer service.

The website can be a little tricky to navigate though, with the links in very small print which you can only find by scrolling right to bottom of the page, but otherwise very simple to find the wine you want by using the search bar at the top If it isn't listed, a quick email to the sales team will get an answer for you.

I've ordered from them several times now and always received a prompt reply from any email correspondence. Very helpful when I wanted to edit my order and I am now the (temporary) owner of a deliciously full wine-stash! For now...

I'll be on the proverbial blower in the next couple of months, guys!

Our Hardys white wine was delivered promptly after an initial hiccup which was the courier's fault. There is a good choice of wines available but we would like to see some French Vouvray wine included in future.

The price for six bottles was very reasonable.
