I bought a product from this company, believing it was based in my home country since the listing did not mention anything about the company not covering customs and duty charges.

When I addressed this issue with them, I was met with indifference and rudeness.

Post-Brexit, it's disheartening to see a UK-based business treating EU customers this way.

I would advise against doing business with this company. Moreover, I suggest that the leadership team review the correspondence sent by your staff, as it casts your company in a poor light.

I would have preferred an option to award no stars! purchased shampoo some weeks ago to the value of nearly £90 and still waiting. As with other customers advised to by customer services that the item dispatched and to check any 'safe spaces' for the delivery! The company have not been able to provide any details of the delivery company/tracking details - I do believe the product has not been sent. If I had read the previous reviews I would not have purchased from this company - but I will continue my fight for a refund. Please save your money and avoid at all costs.

It's been over 2 months since I've ordered their products and none of them arrived...

I've exchanged some emails with 123Hair&Beauty a month ago and they apparabely dispatched a new set of products as the other ones 'got lost'. Well..needles to say I'm still waiting but I don't hold my breath. I've asked paypal for a refund.

It's really terrible because it took me a lot of time to find and order these products (time that I don't have!), I believed that my products would eventually arrive and I wasted more time waiting...now I need to find a new supplier...more waste time wasting...They should have paid me for these wasted hours!

I'm no sure how and why this company still exists??Reviews are terrible!

Wish I had red the reviews! Please don’t even consider buying from them. No product, don’t send and make excuses. I paid extra for quick delivery, 25days later… nothing! It remains to be seen whether or not I will get my refund. Looking at other reviews I don’t hold out much hope..£20 down the drain. Could have been worse but companies like this should not be allowed to continue trading. Nothing to like about this company I wish I hadn’t stumbled across them on the internet. .

They don’t deliver, make promises they don’t fulfill and don’t refund. Avoid.

You have to assume you will loose your money.

Ordered my product 3 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Make sure you pay with Pay Pal , you stand a better chance of getting your money back.

Although I received an email that my order for Haircolor has been shipped, it has not arrived at all. I tried to call them in UK but theres was no response. This seeme to be a fake operation to defraud online customers of their money. Never buy from this company.

I ordered perfume as a birthday gift. It didn't arrive. When I emailed to query I was told it had been damaged in transit. They did offer a refund and apologies, but I was not impressed.
