I’ve been purchasing various accessible items from CareCo for a number of years now last year I upgraded my wheelchair to an electric wheelchair to give me more independence and purchased a proLite Alluvium. I also purchased several accessories for it along with insurance. I had an issue with the chair and CareCo replaced it with a new chair in November. I’m really happy having my electric wheelchair again and being able to do all the things I enjoy. Thanks for all your help.

Have had a secondhand zoom mobility scooter for 3 years have had no problems until recently when gearbox started leaking, so decided to get the Same make and model again. Phone as charger on New scooter Getting very hot and making a loud noise, wouldn't stop charging even though should turn off once fully charged only used 3 times . Careco Want to charge £80 callout and only refunded if they find problem.

From the minute of entering I was looked after. Very knowledgable people and I found the perfect wheelchaie.

On 10 February 2024 my mother received the most exceptional customer service from a representative at Eastbourne CareCo (Hillier Garden Centre). She couldn't have been kinder and was so patient, understanding of her needs and able to answer any question. It was the best buying experience she had received from any company in many years.

Cannot fault them. Ordered a Vento rise recliner chair for my wife on Sunday evening, it looked like great value on the website, it arrived Tuesday morning and I am even happier with it now that we have it! The people that delivered were fab and brought it into my house and into our living room, even helped us unbox it! Ordering was so straight forward and delivery so fast. I am really pleased with my choice and just realised there is a showroom not far away, in Sompting! Will definitely be coming back to you

If you buy a product from this company and it's not suitable for purpose be prepared to be charged to return it! Hidden in their T&C's I even asked about returning the product and no mention of a returns fee! Appalling customer service!

Website says parking at Care & co is easy. But if you do not validate your parking inside a Blue Badge means nothing. Considering who their target audience is you would expect better. No member of staff mentions validating your parking and that alone would be an icebreaker and good deed! I am actually helping them here so you are prepared when you park there, unless of course they earn good money from old disabled people parking there in which case i have done my good deed.

Unfortunately I can't leave a 0 star review. We bought a Versa shower seat DL06250 from CARECO having been advised item was suitable for use in a shower but after just over 3 months the insides are very rusty and leaking rust and black iron stains onto the shower floor. I contacted Careco with photos and they say this is because we 'have not maintained the item correctly' and that 'the stool has been left outside', both of which are totally untrue. They have refused to honour the guarantee against defective manufacture and are a company and best avoided. Their attitude, as others have said, is arrogant and appalling. They may be good at selling but their customer service is amongst the very worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT TRUST CARECO.

We searched about for the right sort of chairs we where looking for and through advert on TV we came across CARECO in IPSWICH. After spending time with one of the staff we settled on 2 rise and recliner chairs. The chap who explained things was very patient and knew his product, so we are quite happy to proceed with a purchase.
