Do Not Buy!
Message that my order was dispatched came on November 28, 2020.
Order never arrived.
My emails were never answered.
I am still "waiting", on January 26, 2022!
I do not trust their service.
I understand a delay, because of the covid situation. But I expected at least some answer to my complains from them.
I am glad that I have this opportunity to speak about my experience, so that people be careful in their interactions with that company/shop.

Nearly 3 months after I placed a simple on-line order I have not received it. I have sent them several emails & received only one reply saying that it was being shipped from the USA (I would never had ordered it if I'd realised). They can't be contacted by phone & I've not received a reply to my email asking for a refund. Not sure whether they're incompetent or crooked

they arent responding to my emails. its been 6 days and just an automated email telling me not to leave bad feedback.
dont shop here. my advise.
i will be taking this company to the trading standards and i implore all other customers to do the same.

Stay away from this company! I ordered the package on 8/29/2020 - almost 4 months have passed and the package has not arrived! I have asked for a refund but they refuse! They keep replying to my e-mail with the same generic message: "Due to the fact that the items are still in transit I am afraid we are unable to issue a refund at this time."
Really? How many months have to pass for them to realize that the package will probably never come? Even if it eventually comes in what kind of shape will it come? If they were resembling anything close to a responsible seller they would be ashamed to act this way. I dont know. But the one thing that I do know is - do not order anything from them! They don’t admit their mistake, they don’t care about customers and you’ll probably lose your money.
In the meantime, I have already placed an order on iherb 4 times and the package has arrived every single time. Two years ago the package from iherb was a week late and they they returned my money. The package arrived soon so I called to pay them again and they told me to keep the money and enjoy the product. That is how you do business.
Stay as far away as you can.

Never Buying From Them Again
Due to a major health issue, I ordered recommended medical supplements from Health Monthly months ago. They still haven't arrived. I have had to incure the cost again and buy from another company. I have cancelled my order for lack of delivery and breach of contract and asked for a refund. They refused despite many emails and my pleading. This company ignores their legal obligations, ignores customers' needs, and shamelessly continues to take orders it clearly cannot deliver. Customer Service to them involves sending gaslighting messages, complaining about the impact of the pandemic (which we all have to deal with) but they never acknowledge a request to pass the matter to management or their legal team. I am taking legal action now, reporting Health Monthly to the relevant ombudsman and regulator and also reporting the issue to all major card companies. Health Monthly needs to be flagged so unsuspecting customers (many of whom are dealing with health issues) are not during these financially difficult times. The owners of Health Monthly should be ashamed of taking money from people knowing they cannot deliver. Its Customer Services staff should be ashamed of facilitating this.

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would
If I could give zero stars I would. Item ordered at the end of August, despite several emails no product has arrived. Three months to get an item, even if you blame Covid, is totally unacceptable. I have asked for a refund but company has refused.
I will never trade with this company again and I would advise anyone to steer clear.

Avoid This Company.
Ordered some vitamin tablets on the 13th of September 2020 and still haven't received them. Contacted their customer care several times and spoke to a man, and he blames it on the Covid.
It has been 67 days since I ordered and paid for the items, and decided to contact them again and ask for a refund. But he said that he is assured that they will arrive. Funnily, he can't provide me with a tracking number though. He must have a sixth sense, for him to be so assured!
Avoid this company like the plague!

No Goods Arrived, No Refund.
I ordered on the 18 July and was given the 12 August to have my delivery date, already a very long time to have to wait for the order. Came the 12 August and as I have had 7 items, not one item came. Contacted them and got a very generic response about how they are getting delayed on their delivery side and that I should give them another 7 days. I did so, and again nothing. Wrote to them, again and again, a generic respond. By this time it was September and I requested my money back and again another silly email and not giving my money back, again another email and again no refund. This company is not to be trusted with the stock in hand as they give you the impression that they have the stock even though is coming from different part of the world hence different time of delivery, but on this occasion, I don't believe that they had even sent one item to me and they never gave me a refund at the end of it. So be cautious with parting with your money, you might have to wait forever for your goods or never manage to get a refund from them.

Disgusting Customer Service
Customer service is terrible. I had to email them about a missing confirmation email regarding my order. I got two automated emails from them that "they are real people" and someone will be in touch with me soon. It is strange to point that out in an email anyway.
Oh, do not worry, we are real people, suspicious. Two days later I received an email from a woman, from the company. She clearly just used the same email template and got my problem completely wrong. She said: "sorry to hear your item hasn't arrived yet". I went so angry, it's unbelievable. I ordered 3 days ago and I was asking for a confirmation email to simply know whether my order got through. My item wasn't supposed to arrive yet, but I was supposed to receive a confirmation email, that never arrived. Avoid them. It shouldn't be so difficult or painful in 2020 to order something online. Not worth the effort.

Great Prices
The reviews here seemed a little mixed, but considering their prices were so low I thought I'd give them a go. Items took a little longer than I'd expect these days, but were on time according to the emails I received, which kept me informed with progress, and I even double-checked with their customer services who were super helpful. Would I order again, yes, but with some pre-planning to counter the delivery times.
