Dreadful Customer Services
First time I've ordered from Feel Unique and will almost certainly be my last. They advertised a shampoo and conditioner set, but when opened, it was evident that it was 2 shampoo, not 1 of each, although the outer label claimed otherwise. So far, so mundane. What is dreadful is the Customer Services, who took ages to respond, and then would not replace it, as it was after the 28 days. The 28 days is fine, for people who change their minds. But I would hope a company would do more, when they have sent the wrong product! Just dreadful. My advice would be not to use this company

Worst Company Ever
My parcel had never arrived, I spent £125. Asked for a refund they replied 5 days later saying that my package has been delivered however unable to provide any proof of delivery. I had to open a dispute via PayPal wouldn’t reccomend to anyone. I think they shop orders from China. Terribly/no customer service

Very Poor Customer Service & Shipping Service
I used to be a loyal customer with Feelunique and purchased many products.
Recently I had 2 parcel get lost as since the first day they dispatched the parcel there was no updating anymore.
After the expected delivery date estimate by their website, I contacted their customer service team. They gave me a replacement which make me not feel so bad.
But I checked with my account today and it is been suspended. The reason is that I reported too many parcel lost!!!!
Hello, @Feelunique should you consider improving your own delivery service rather than blocked my account????
Now I still have some orders on the way but I could not track my order history any more!!!
What a bad service?!!!

No Delivery And No One Picks Up The Telephone!
I purchased products on Sun 18 Feb 2018 (over £100) and I did not receive my products (3-5 delivery) and the online courier link confirmed still with 'delivery company'. Tried to call Feel Unique Customer UK numbers several times and line got cut off each time as I waited for more than 5 minutes. I eventually got through to their online chat box. "Isobel" advised that I would have to wait until they got in touch with their delivery people the following week and they would get back to me. I asked to speak to her senior Customer Advisor and they said they would call me. I responded via Chat box totally unacceptable, I paid for service, I have my customer rights and I have never had this experience with other online suppliers and my goods were not delivered as specified. Isobel spoke with her senior colleague, and finally gave me my refund immediately after 10 minutes. This was all done by the pop up 'Chat box'. Hugely disappointed - previously purchased products and never had this issue with delivery and no one wants to answer the phone! Clearly under staffed and lack of customer focus. AVOID.

The Worst Online Shop Ever.
I ordered through The Beautyst which is owned by Feelunique. This means that when i ordered an item that was sent by Beauty Bridge in the US, my payment goes to Feelunique and this shows on my PayPal and bank statement. Two weeks later, parcel arrives. The item i received was not the item that was listed. I open up a PayPal dispute. Feelunique replies asking me to speak to Beauty Bridge. Mistake number 1. I speak to Beauty Bridge and they tell me they do not recognise my order. A few emails later and nothing has improved. I message Feelunique on PayPal. They ignore me. Mistake number 2. I open up a claim, A few days after the closing of the claim by PayPal, Feelunique ask me to send the item at my own cost back to them (returns are free but not to me). Mistake number 3. I message them on Facebook. Nothing improves. They then message Beauty Bridge which is pointless who tell them to tell me to send it back to America at my own cost. I message Beauty Bridge on Facebook and no i improvement. I message Feelunique on Facebook and tell them i will be speaking to my bank. Feelunique reply saying they have issued my refund through my initial payment method which is PayPal. No refund has been put through. My bank opens up a dispute but i need a confirmation of refund from Feelunique which they cannot provide since they lied about refunding me. I message them again on Facebook and i receive an email from The Beautyst thats tells me Feelunique is continuing to pass the buck to Beauty Bridge. I then email Feelunique again teling them that if this continues, i will seek legal advice. A customer of Feelunique's since 2013 but not anymore. First issue with them and it will be the last issue i have with them. A dishonest and unprofessional company. Seriously ladking in the most basic business knowledge. I still have not been refunded or had a reply from Feelunique.

First time I've been let down by Feel Unique
"Ordered this on Jan 11th - use the product regularly and am v. impressed with it - really positive results for my often temperamental skin. However, where Feel Unique are usually very reliable and prompt in terms of delivery, I have been really let down. Item did not arrive within 3-5 days (normally around 3 days). Received an email asking me to confirm receipt, despite it not being delivered. By this point, I had no moisturiser left, so skin was struggling, as I had to settle for a cheaper store bought product. Had to spend the time finding out where package was. Eventually, online conversation with Feel Unique representative finally traced the product and told me it had been lost in transit. Offered me a few options to fix the problem - re-order, cancellation with voucher etc. Had to decide to re-order as skin was DESPERATE. Yet there was no offer of compensation due to the unacceptable wait for the product (yet to arrive). The online representative didn't even offer a 'speedier' delivery for the inconvenience. And here I am, 23rd January...still waiting, with an estimated delivery date of Jan 28th. Disappointed to say the least. I would recommend the product. I wouldn't recommend Feel Unique."

Christmas Came Late For Me
I have ordered an advent calendar and did click n collect so it would be in time for me to give it to my daughter, but I never heard from them. When I finally spoke to haydee on customer chat, it was like speaking to a robot, who kept repeating. It will be shipped in 2-4 days, no apology, nothing. I had also had a voucher for 15% off my order, this was not applied either. Will never ever use again and will tell all my friends not to bother either.

Customer service didn't help me when I had a problem placing my order. And when someone got back to me about my order they decided that the promotion code that I was trying to use before expiration at the time was out of date a day later when someone was getting back to me about my order instead of honoring it.

What A Joke!
Placed my order on Tuesday 2nd August (1 week ago today) and paid for next day delivery as the items are a present for my sisters birthday. Next day arrived but no delivery from feel unique. I had to constantly chase and hound them. They even tried to say that the parcel had been signed for at the reception of the delivery address which was not the case. Eventually yesterday one of the customer service advisors agreed to resend my items next delivery meaning that I would receive my items today. When I tracked my parcel today it said that I wont receive my items until the 17th of August... More than TWO WEEKS after I ordered (next day). Customer services were extremely unapologetic and uninformative not to mention slow. I have asked 3 times now how to place a complaint which have been completely ignored. Next time I will just spend the couple of extra quid and buy direct or in store! Such a let down as the site and the range of products are great.
